TownePlace Suites Detroit Warren

We had a king suite. It was very nice! Good sized room with kitchenette and sofa. Kitchenette had a 2 burner stove top, along with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishes. Coffee maker, of course, and also a toaster. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was only a couple minutes drive to Andiamo Theater, where we had tickets to a show. Breakfast was included and also very good! There was a lovely looking pool and nice workout room available.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like!

Original room was overpoweringly fragranced with a Febreeze plugin, so I asked to switch to a non-fragranced room. Second room had a damp smell and I soon realized it was because of a wet spot on the carpet. Third room was acceptable, although slightly damp smelling. The staff was helpful when I asked to change rooms due to these issues. The ACs in 2nd and 3rd room were also set to 50-something degrees - not the end of the world, but it would be easy to ensure the AC was set to a reasonable temperature before a guest arrives.
