The room that i book me and my boyfriend was in the bed and he got up to use the bathroom. He told me to look on the pillow and see if there was any bedbugs on it because he noticed he had been bitten. I looked and sure enough there was one on the pillow that his arm was on.

Everything was excellent except the quiet hours. There were people loud and children running up and down the hallway. My Mom said it sounded like people were having a party by her room. The staff, rooms, and breakfast were excellent.

The desk staff peson didn't give me a receipt and charge me 135.92 again after I cech out and I paid 251.00 and he gave me change back and I get home and look on my bank card and have charge me again I no it were a deposit for 100 dollar but charge me again if I don't have my 135.92 dollars put my deposit back on card Im going to bring up charge on that young man And I mean that he is stealing from people when you check out

Room smalled terrible along with hair over the room and when explained to the front desk understand was book out, but the rudeness with a seem not to care made it worse. I think its wrong to have a smelly room, to where the hotel would charge you if you was smoking or had a mess not cool.
