Overall this is a great clean place to stay, one of my favorites and I would highly recommend to anyone.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the check in was quick and hassle free.

I did not get the room that I reserved. I reserved a standard king and was given a queen double room. When I spoke with the staff they informed me that because of the holiday the cleaning staff was given the day off and none of the king rooms had been cleaned so we were unable to get our king room.

The water pressure of the sink was low or would cut off when the neighbor would use theirs at the same time. Also the elevator broke on night two & we had to carry all of our belongings down fights of stairs.

Beautiful hotel with the best staff

Did not eat the breakfast. The staff was welcoming and very friendly and tried to help whenever they we ask. The location was clean and beautiful the staff was excellent.

They didn't have a pool or jacuzzi.

Our stay was relaxing, just what we needed.

The rooms were very clean and smelled of lavender and vanilla, you could tell that the cleaning crew at this hotel took there time to make sure these rooms were cleaned properly. The rooms were spacious and the king sized bed in our rooms was very comfortable. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

I can honestly say there is nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Fresh and new furnishings

The furnishings and finishes were new and updated. Everything was in working condition. The complementary breakfast was well-stocked. The fitness center was decent.

The room and the bathroom were freshly made and organized but not as clean as I am used to seeing in most hotels.

Wonderful staff and very clean facility.

We were able to book a room at this hotel last minute when my daughter and I were in Detroit for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to needed an early check-in in order to get ready for the concert. The room was available 4 hours early. We were incredibly grateful. The room was very clean and comfortable. If we are ever in the Detroit area again, we will definitely consider staying at this hotel.
