Great hotel

Everyone was polite and helpful.

A list of reminders would be nice to have in the rooms. Like check out time, hours of continental breakfast, maybe even a listing of nearby restaurants, activities. No EV chargers available on site.

All in all I was comfortable. It was a good value for the location.

Good place to stay when passing through town

Location was convenient to highway. Seemed like a decent area. Bed was very comfortable.

I didn't care for the smell when we initially walked through the room door. It was that scent used to cover up unpleasant odors. But it seemed to ease up after a bit.

Rest of the people were good. Breakfast was nice. Sitting area for breakfast could be better, little small area under the staircase.

Stephen - front desk 2:15pm, Sunday 20 Holiday in Express Detroit -Warren. I believe he didn't want us to give our booked room. He made all the efforts to feel us uncomfortable to spend the night there.

Fair , could have been better

It was okay.

I had to wait 45 minutes to receive a room key for a reservation. I have made well in advance. The staff was rather irritated that I was asking questions as to why I and my girlfriend had to wait. There was a group of Muslim women ,who came in and were able to request rooms without even being there. The lady stood at the counter, looked on the computer and requested rooms for people who weren’t even there. They received the keys, before me and my girlfriend did. There were also other customers that came in after us that received a key before we did. The staff didn’t even offer a real explanation or a discount for the inconvenience. I thought it was very unprofessional that I had to wait 45 minutes when in essence I almost missed my reservation for previous engagement.

Exceeded expectations based on past stays at Holiday Inns. Very nice modern and comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing and location was just about 5 miles from where we needed to be. I am in a wheelchair and got a handicap accessible room and was very pleased that the room had enough room to freely move around

Was appalled that there was mold and/or mildew in the caulking around the base of the shower. Also, the bed was too firm and I had to sleep on the chaise in the room

The breakfast was nice with good selections such as hot cinnamon rolls, eggs, bread, greek yogurt, and muffins. The room was great.

The bathroom door was a bit big that when you open it, it kind of blocks the hallway.

The breakfast area should be more open to avoid crowding. It was uncomfortable to have people right outside the front doors socializing, smoking and leaving trash. There should be curfew for noise. Teenagers were running up and down the hall being noisy and knocking on doors.

Good value received for the price paid

For being an included breakfast, we all thought it was very good and the attendant did a good job of keeping food& beverages available.

The water pressure was on the really low side and there should have been more towels. There were no hand towels, only two bath size towels furnished - and they were not replaced when the room was cleaned and serviced after the first night’s stay. During the middle of the night there was a lot of noise in the hallway.
