It was great except for the initial check in process.

Due to an incoming storm, we didn't stay for breakfast. Room was comfortable, and clean.

The person checking us in was very rude. He told me my reservation was canceled because he couldn't verify my credit card number, even though it had already been verified & confirmed. When I asked if they still had a room available, he said, "Ma'am, you need to just calm down, I am trying to resolve this for you, and I can't and won't if you are all upset." All I did when he said my reservation was cancelled was ask why and then when he told me, I said, "So, uhmm, do you have a room available for me tonight?" Even the gentlemen standing next to me, told the worker that I was VERY CALM for just being told my reservation had been cancelled.

For the most part my stay was decent.

Free breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and it had an indoor heated pool.

The toilet ran for a long time. It took awhile for the tv to turn on.

Great location, but the rooms need work.

Thr location was perfect.

The property definitely needs some updating in the rooms. The cabinet that the fridge and microwave were in had broken doors, the trim was coming apart in the bathroom and the door handle to the bathroom was barely holding together. The bed was not very comfortable either.

Clean, spacious, and a great value!

The room was spacious and clean. The hot tub down in the pool was perfect! Can't go wrong with that continental breakfast either. And Rashmi at the front desk was the best. She was so friendly and helpful, letting us know about breakfast times, where to find our room and the amenities. And she remembered me from my first stay which is always nice!

There wasn't anything I didn't like but my only suggestion would be to get some type of smart TV or a TV guests can cast from their phones to. Most people stream nowadays so it's nice to be able to watch from the apps on TV.

Kind staff, older facilities but comfy bed

Staff were friendly. Location was convenient and close to fast food restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

The shower was sketchy and the toilet was very slow to flush. Other guests the floor above us were extremely loud and jumping/running past midnight. We finally called the desk and the clerk called the noisy room and put a stop to the noise so we could sleep.

The room was falling apart - the TV didn't work, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, the door chain was broken and unusable. The tub was dirty looking and moldy around the faucet. Overall we were very disappointed with the room and would not stay again. Also the breakfast was very disappointing.

DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT SAFE!

First off, when I entered my room it smelt like someone had just smoked 10 joints in there. The curtain pully was broken so in order to have privacy and close the curtain I had to use my hair clip to close it. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. I get back from work my first night there around 9pm and there are 3 men sleeping in the stairwell, they spoke no English so I could not understand what they were saying to me after I freaked out. Next day I get a text asking how my stay is going and I provide them with all that information. They say they will reach out, no one did. Next night I hear a loud thump then look out my peep hole and there are 2 men listening to my door and then going back into the stairwell. I called front desk and told them I was scared at what was going on, they said they would come and look, they never did. I noticed also when I would come and go, if I did not pull the door shut and sometimes I would have to even mess with a metal piece in order for the door to close. I believe they are purposely letting people squat there and 301 is one of their rooms.

Pleasant and serviceable

We stayed in the hotel to be near our intended destination. It was easily accessed with a great breakfast. There is a tiny pool and pleasant lobby area to use. Rooms are good sized and equipped.

It is in the midst of a refurbishment and at the moment looks very chaotic and messy. Construction is difficult and mid works accept that there is disruption but there should be an element of tidying up at the end of each work day. This didn't seem to have occurred. Stairwells were still in use but full of trip hazards if discarded work materials, carpet off cuts etc.

Awful and bad!

The breakfast

The carpet, shower/tub, and room was not clean. The tub had something black in the bottom and I addressed it with the staff and they did nothing !! Not even an apology. The door did not have a security lock and I didn’t rest well. The door from the side of the building was left ajar and anyone could just walk in anytime. This was the worst stay I have had here. There must be a new owner because the standards have definitely slipped. Won’t return!

Mostly very good but some issues need addressing

Large quiet room, super comfortable bed with silky soft sheets and good pillows, plenty of vanity space around the sink to set toiletries, fast elevator, convenient parking, very reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Hannah and Mirshod at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

The bathtub had a grimy-looking floor and needed a good scrubbing. The toilet seat was old and had lots of gouges out of it which appeared very unsanitary. There were no towel racks in the bathroom so the hand towel wouldn’t dry and it wasn’t possible to reuse bath towels to help the environment. The front desk will exchange towels at any time but towel racks would be more practical. Most hotels now have shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower but this one didn't. Despite these issues there were lots of positives about our stay.
