I visited this hotel a couple years ago & it was pristine from the service, lodging to the breakfast. After a weekend stay recently the hotel has definitely changed. The elevator was nasty with debris on the floor & fingers prints all over the doors. The elevator made stange noises & would jerk constantly until it came to a full stop on the 4th flr. The ice machines did not have ice except for the 1st floor/ main floor. The breakfast apple juice machine poured out water, & the OJ was diluted with water & tadted disgusted. My 1st room had what looked to be a water damaged ceiling over the bed with a slight bit of paint chip while My 2nd room had a hole punched in the bathroom door. My overall experience was terrible & I defintely will not be back.

The drive into the property sucks, huge bumps, couldn't find the front door. The stair treads are loose and broken. Big trip hazard. Service was very good from the front desk. Couldn't connect to their internet for some reason and they couldn't help me, wanted me to call for tech support. Kitchen floor where food was being served, very sticky.

Our non smoking room had a faint smell of smoke. Some guests on our floor were a little loud after 10pm, hanging out on the balcony. (Maybe smoking?) Bed was super comfortable. Shower had hair from previous guest in it. Breakfast was decent and typical. Make your own waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, bagels, muffins, English muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee Outside of hotel was a bit run down looking but inside the lobby and eating area was nice.

The room was comfortable and clean. We couldn't believe they cleaned our room everyday. That was really nice! The bad thing was, the tub has a terrible dip in the center so when you take a shower you have to straddle it so you don't fall. My husband fell and hurt his hand. We thought it might be sprained, but just really bruised and swollen. That needs to be fixed. We won't stay in that room again. But all in all, it was a place to sleep and clean up.

Older hotel thats showing its age Room was clean and comfotable although there was a large moldy patch above the toilet. Front desk was manned by a most frirndly woman who was also on duty when we checked out. She had just come on duty and was wiping down the check in desk. Nice touch knowing she cared abou her area being nice and clean. Breakfast room was clean, tidy and well stocked. The attende.t made two visits to wipe up, restock and check on evetything in the time it took us to get and eat our breakfast.

This Hotel chain usually has a warmer feel and touch. However, this particular Hotel seem outdated, kind of stale but with medium pulchritude. The front desk were outstanding and the hotel workers were awesome. But the hotel itself, honestly I was kind of put off by it. I almost canceled my reservations because when I arrived to go in the building (mind you, we're talking outside which means open air) all I smelled was weed (in the hotels defense, I did see someone come out later and spray). The bed seem old, carpet seem old, bathroom toilet was very loud every time we flushed it. In closing, it remind me of a well kept up-to-date Motel instead of a top chain Hotel.
