It’s was coo for one day they could clean a lil better so it won’t be mold

Everything. The hotel staff lied to me when they told me they would make me a new reservation, because they had some electric issue. In which they called me 6 hours before i was suppose to be there only to cancel my room. They then told me they made a new reservation. When i got to the hotel address where he supposedly gotten new reservations for, they told me they didnt have the room and never heard of the guy who made the reservation.

The surrounding area was nice. The front desk assistant Matt was professional and nice. My compliments end there.

Upon arrival, someone's luggage was sitting outside in an empty parking spot. A person was sitting with a lawn chair on the premises smoking, which is relatively harmless, but not an ideal welcome. Inside, the police were there and had been called on someone for a reason unknown to me. Additionally, there was a couple fighting and arguing in the hallway when I arrived with one of them kicking the other out of their room. Our room itself was not clean. There were pistachio shells behind the night stand, a foreign material on two of the chairs, and the room smelled. I didn't get the room I booked and still paid the same cost. They gave us three pillows for a two person bed. The bed and pillows were both uncomfortable. Our window was left open when we arrived as well. Overall an awful experience. There are better places to spend your money, I would not recommend this place.

I would have liked a booking for which confirmation was provided. It was a surprise to find out that even with confirmation email - the staff said.. no rooms are available. Really sick!!!!

i entered and it smelled like smoking. and the lady that was helping was talking so much she didn’t even acknowledge me. then when she did she gave a number that didn’t exist. then I had to get another room and when we entered it smelled soooo bad, like someone was in there smoking. then the floors were filthy dirty, it was bugs in the corner and cans under the chair. and the desk was so dusty. we were not in there 10 min and went back to the counter and told the lady we could stay there because I have asthma from cigarettes. and the room was filthy. she did not give me money back. I would like a refund

When I first arrived, I used my cellphone to call the front desk to be let in, I was placed on hold and left there for 10 minutes. Another guest let me in and the whole time the receptionist was on the phone gossiping about her coworkers, leaving me to wait another 10 minutes before greeting me at all. She then tried to make repay after proving I paid online, her attitude was not welcoming at all.

That our 1 Rm 2 beds wasn't available, and we were given two rooms with a single double bed. my wife and I needed 1 Rm with two beds as we both have joint problems.
