I like the hotel but I feel like I could’ve gotten something for my inconvenience

I like the location

I didn’t like that someone people were in my room so we switch cause I didn’t know who they were. I asked to switch rooms and the staff did switch me. However they could’ve done more I feel

Good for the price

The staff was lovely and service was really quick.

A couple things. *when its below zero, a blanket would have been nice. We had to turn the heat way up to sleep. *The room needs more light. I had a hard time getting dressed for a funeral. *please get a coffee station for your breakfast service. Having to go get it from the bar and ask for accouterments was silly.

Best Short Stay Ever

It was clean, updated and modern. I usually stay at the DTW Delta Hotel but this one is as nice as that one. Delta Hotels are my preferred hotels for traveling. I will definitely stay here again.

Good overall hotel to stay

The property location is awesome, probably 8-12min away from attractions ( 12Oaks Mall, Fountain Walk, Walmart etc etc. UNO Pizza has a great food menu, the alcohol is ridiculously overpriced. $15 for a shot; but overall good.

Most of the times, the rooms showers or counter tops aren’t cleaned properly. Still be hair plastered on the shower walls, countertops still be sticky. The refrigerators don’t get cold. The staff is pretty cool, beside one particular older woman that works the day shift. I had some rude and u pleasant feelings on her behalf since last year of my at that hotel. That’s another story to tell, I’m surprise she still works there, customer Service isn’t her great strong suit.

An okay stay but I don’t believe I will be back.

I enjoyed the size of the tv and I liked the location

I did not like that the pool was closed, we were offered a complementary breakfast but then was made to wait 15 minutes to determine if I was eligible by a female staff worker while other guests did not.

Over all stay was okay, there was one girl at the front desk she was Albanian forgot her name but the sweetest and tried

The hotel was nice looking in appearance and local to many places.

Some staff was outstanding while others were rude and unhelpful. We switched rooms and our second room tub didn’t drain and we were so grossed out that we had to quickly jump out of the shower. We complained about this and there were no accommodations that were made from front desk. We left unsatisfied.

Refreshing and relaxing!!

The staff that assisted me was AWESOME. I needed to change my reservation at the last minute, and it was done quickly and graciously with no pressure or questions. I loved my room #:422, and hope to always request when I visit The Delta Marriott, Farmington Hills, MI facility/location. Love the lobby area, so bright, clean and inviting.

All was good. There was an elevator issue, but was addressed timely.

Never again. Very bad experience.

Bellhop carts were always available. Curtains made the room very dark for sleeping.

Dirty carpet, slippery tub (very hazardous), old decor, noisy neighbors heard through paper thin walls. Sticky bathroom floor, terrible water pressure, old and dirty couch, only one remote (with not battery cover) for 2 tv's. One broken elevator. Toilet seat looked 30 years old and had bleach stains. Ripped screen in window. Staff completely ignored my wife when she said good morning to them. Nothing but a nasty look.

Overpriced given the broken amenities and thermostat in the room.

Staff was nice. It was easy to find. The location was very well kept.

When you pay $165 for a room, you anticipate that everything functions properly. The pool heater was broken. The jets for hot tub were broken. None of this was mentioned at check-in. Although there is a thermostat in the room, it did not matter what we did, the temperature of the room stayed the same making for uncomfortable sleep.

The turn to get into/out of was not the easiest. The bathroom could have used some work as the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the tub didn’t drain quickly.

Clean but poorly trained staff ruined the visit

Good location and clean rooms.

Hotel check in staff insisted that I provide credit card payment -even though I presented my receipt from booking. Com. She promised “that I would not be double charged”. I was then double charged. I had to make -Two-follow up calls for them to correct it. Extremely disappointed with this inconvenience and disrespect for my time. Will not stay here again.

Awesome staff

I love this hotel! We stayed over the holiday weekend and there was no maintenance which is to be expected. There was an issue with the amenities but the hotel management accommodated us and kept in constant contact. Most hotels that I have stayed at are not as eager to make sure their guests are happy but Kristin especially went above and beyond to rectify and accommodate us. Thanks!
