Overall Stay: Mixed Experiences While there were highlights to the stay, the inconsistency in service left me with a mix

The front desk was very polite!

I was very disappointed with the breakfast service during my stay. The posted hours for breakfast are 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM, yet when I arrived at 8:50 AM, almost all of the warm food options were completely gone. Despite there being forty minutes left in the service window, the staff did not put out any fresh food or replenish the empty trays. Finding the buffet depleted so early is both disturbing and unsatisfactory for a guest expecting a full meal. If a hotel advertises breakfast until 9:30, the full selection should be available until that time. I hope management addresses this lack of consistency.

Sketchy hotel that has potential

The bed was comfortable . It is a nice looking building. It's not run down. The carpet and stuff look fairly new. I like the big windows in the dining area though they are needing to be cleaned. The linen and towels were clean, soft, and plush as were the pillows.

It smelled like cigarettes at the entrance and continued inside by the check in counter, our hallway on the 3rd floor, and into our room. The breakfast was undesirable. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am. The attendant was not ready. She was still getting everything out. The bananas had brown spots all over them like they were ready to be made into banana bread .The waffle maker kept sticking badly. They took it away. The juice was watered down. I said something to the attendant about it being watery. She said it's always like that.The sausage and eggs looked questionable. The faucet in the tub is just hanging. I thought it was going to fall off when I pulled up the thing to activate the shower. The opened soap from the previous occupants was still on the shelf in the shower. There was a big bag of trash on the floor in the ice machine area all night that left a puddle. The bag eventually got picked up , but no one cleaned the floor where the leak was from Fri to Sun. The phone in our room wasn't working until I tinkered with it. Our room was stifling hot until the air conditioner finally cooled it down. The hallway was really warm and stinky the time that we were there . The elevator is scary. It makes really weird, creaking sounds.

It was convenient for my needs. Had amenities that were nice.

I was told my request to be near an elevator or the lobby (due to broken leg) was taken care of. I was on second floor just over the halfway point to end of hall. I did not feel that was "meeting" my request. First night second floor was inundated with the smell of weed. Not that I care, just was unexpected.

The water pressure in the shower was abysmal, it was like trying to take a shower in a mist. Changing the setting on the shower head didn’t make any difference.

Sad for chain establishment

The staff at the front desk and how helpful the woman. The lobby was clean and spacious. There was ample parking.

My room smelled and it wasn’t clean as it could have been. The shower curtain was missing and we didn’t have time to complain for them to bring up one and put it up.

My stay was very enjoyable.

I was impressed that a full breakfast was available. My only regret was there was no orange juice.

Actually, my only negative experience was the agent at the desk when I was checking out. My bill wasn't ready , and as it was taking a while for her to find it, I asked if I could leave my luggage in the lobby so that I could get my car while she was searching for the bill. I mentioned also that I was pressed for time, but her attitude was dismissive. Rather than indicating that it was all right, she indicated agitation and said, "I'll get your bill in a minute." That turned me off since she didn't have it and I had indicated that I was under time constraints and had to clean the snow off my car.
