The quality of cleaning needs to increase tremendously! The cleaning is a solid 6/10
The walls had marks, there was mold on my toilet paper holder in room 107, lots of cleaning in those bathrooms need to be done. The hot tub jets ALSO need to be cleaned thoroughly!

Check in was easy, we paid Cash deposit and no issues with the return! We had the King Room which was clean and spacious

You need to rethink your breakfast. The selection of fresh is terrible. The hot foods are not appetizing.
The hotel needs a refresh for sure.
