Staff was friendly, common areas well kept.

The hallways could be vacuumed more often. I was there for 4 nights and noticed they were not vacuumed once. Considering you are responsible for cleaning your room while staying - this didn't help keep dirt out.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The bathroom was spacious.

Noise from the parking lot. There were a few people blaring their car radios late at night.

The location was convenient. The property was clean and well maintained. The furnishings were new and in good condition.

Although the room had a kitchenette, the facility did not have any plates, bowls, silverware, or cooking equipment available to use - even to check out. The room did not have place to put a suitcase, or any kind of table (apart from a desk).

Comfy bed.

Hotel set up is very strange and lacks a traditional lobby/front desk. The entrance leading into the "lobby" from the parking lot is blocked by a door that requires an activated key card to unlock. And then there's ANOTHER door with the same lock from the lobby leading into the actual hotel where the rooms are. We got in late and had to call a staff member down to the front desk to check us in as no one was there. Upon arriving to the room, I quickly noticed how dirty it was. There was literal food on the floor, kitchen shelves and inside the microwave, so it clearly wasn't clean. The beds were made but the bathroom was barely set up and the kitchen was void of supplies in general. I went down to the lobby to get a different room when the desk lady told me there weren't any more 2 beds available. All they had was 1 beds. I explained I needed 2 as I was traveling with other people. She didn't seem very sympathetic to my predicament at the hotel's negligence and didn't offer me any solutions. She didn't offer to have the room cleaned or anything. No offers of compensation or reward for the inconvenience. It just turned into a "take it or leave it" situation which really pissed me off. Unable to accomplish anything I was stuck sleeping in the original room. This was my first visit here and it's certainly safe to say that I will NEVER be returning. I highly suggest you stay FAR AWAY from this place. Trust me! You can find a much better hotel for the same price.

Looks just like the pictures. Clean everywhere, including the elevator, gym and laundry. Hallways are wide and carpeted. The good management draws good quality people. I would definitely stay there again. The reviews that say 'Pleasant' I would agree with.

It's a bit sterile, probably a function of the large room and no carpeting. That is something of the nature of extended stay hotels.
