Just plain bad. Nice community but this place takes the cake Dirty linen sheets everything. A black guy kept playing with my lock and bother cars on the lot. The police were called. It's was too scary for me I left early I would never go back. Very unsafe and drugs were being sold lots of loitering until the police came. This could be a nice hotel with just a little effort.

This place a real hit or miss depending on room I guess ,was here few months ago and it was great my last stay was bad tho ,room smelled bad, was dirty and there were flies coming out the sink or tub drain hell even the toilet hadn’t been flushed since the last occupancy 😫 Luckily it was just a one nightstay but next time ill think twice before booking here

Found roaches in my room brought it staffs attention asap. They sprayed room said it was safe. I went back in for 3 hours found 2 more roaches and started getting bit by what seems like lice they moved rooms but seem unphased buy the issue. The room on first arrival and after a whole day out had a very funky smell. The lights were constantly flickering and the main light blew out on day one. The area was noisy and had dogs barking in the morning and throughout the night sometimes. The curtains are not long enough in my opinion. The bed was comfortable and always allowed me to sleep well but that’s about the only good thing about the room and the front desk staff was awesome. Everything else sucked unfortunately.

Well, i didnt get to stay because hotels.com screwed up the reservation, mixed itbup with some other person, spent an hour and a half in the lobby trying to clear up their error. Ended up refunding me my hotel on a gift card. Horrible service from hotels.com. the staff at red roof were very pleasant as usual.

I had requested a ground floor drive up room when I booked my room a month before my arrival. I got there in the middle of a snowstorm with my dog and they would not give me a ground floor room they said the people that live there get the ground floors and guests get the other top floor which is reachable by climbing up outside stairs which at this point were covered in ice snow and very slippery and my dog does not climb stairs and I had a back injury which would not allow me to climb stairs I was extremely upset and disappointed and had to go to another hotel that night.
