It’s been the same staff has been very unfriendly the last couple of times I’ve booked at this location as well as checking in and out issues creating double charges on my credit after I paid in advance & charged again when checking in

Staffing has been absolutely unpleasant and rude. Has made me feel like an inconvenience to them for their mistakes double charging me in several different stays, asking for a fork I was told that whatever silver is out there is what I get, scolded like a child for asking for extra towels as I a am a woman with long blondish brown hair & my body, wash clothes to remove make from my face, as well as one to wash my body. I discard the dirty towels each early morning nearly outside my door & retrieve fresh ones upon my arrival back to the hotel if I’ve booked more than one night

Absolutely nothing! This was a terrible experience for the second time at this location regarding the same incident as the first! I was charged once again for my room that I already booked & paid for in advance

I was charged a new reservation during my check in after explaining upon entry I was checking in early & paid ahead of time. This location by the same employee has now done this twice to me. Also the night employee was rude when I asked, “‘May I have a fork & a knife to eat my dinner?” The delivery order arrived w/out plastic wear. In the lobby there were only spoons & I was told that no whatever is out there that’s all there is I’ll have to use that!! A spoon to eat chicken breast & veggies?? I politely asked for an extra towel & wash cloth in the afternoon after I showered, in order to have an extra going into the evening/morning & rudely informed that thats all I’ll get because there’s towels up there that I explained I used and they are set aside for housekeeping! I asked for extra towels after refusing to use the ones placed next to a used feminine hygiene product (douche)

I have been to three hotels in the area. This one had the most comfortable bed.

The roadways are so bumpy and trying to roll a suitcase was a pain- please pave the roads or make it more smooth for people to walk safely with their rolling bags

Would, I book again?

Room booked wasn't what was shown being booked. Had to pay more money? Luckily a room w what was supposed to be booked was available. Breakfast was okay(not a big selection by any means). On the second day, a lot of items were gone.. no towels at the pool. Outside patio garbage over flowing, cigarette butts everywhere no standing ashtray. No extra pillows available. Floor in bathroom to hall was uneven..

I stayed here for three nights while attending a wedding, based on a friend’s recommendation—and it exceeded expectations. A few areas could be improved: adding USB outlets in the rooms and providing extra pillows and blankets would enhance guest comfort. That said, the hotel offers excellent value for money: the rooms are clean, modern, spacious, and quiet, with the added bonus of free parking. The swimming pool was spotless, and the complimentary breakfast included all the essentials. The staff were friendly and attentive, and May’s service was exceptional—she went out of her way to make every guest feel truly at home. A truly pleasant and memorable stay!

The breakfast

It was just OK, we had spoken to a front desk associate prior to booking and they told us it was a straight $75.00 pet fee for the entire stay/time of our booking. When we went to check in, the lady at the front desk informed us it was $75.00/night. As you can imagine, this was quite expensive. We were also told by two front desk workers that we could pay with two forms of payment (ie two cards) but when we went to check out the lady at the desk said this wasn’t wasn’t possible and the entire amount got charged on to one of our cards, and we had to wait 3 days for the pending charges to come off the other card. Our room was also not up to what we would consider “clean.” Yes, the beds were made and floor mostly vacuumed, but the area around the air conditioner was peeling due to moisture. It also smelled very musty, and once again I’m not sure if this was due to the air conditioner unit leaking. The room across from us also had a very strong marijuana smell coming from their room. The breakfast was good overall though. Not sure if we would stay here again.
