the front desk staff when I checked in was rude and was asking very leading questions and was acting like a ICE agents given that this hotel has many immigrant guest he should be fired or questioned for his behavior.

This was the worst one I've been to so far

The room was dirty, the shower was dirty, it looked like they didn't vacuum the carpet, there were yellow stains all over the comforter so I had to call the front desk to get another one, you dropped a fry and ants were all over them, the wifi was bad, terrible carpet was filthy!!!! Ants omg just terrible!

The staff was nice but that location has definitely DE-graded. I was here 3 years ago for my daughter 7th birthday and it was CLEAN, stood up to HOLIDAY INN standing but this last visit was a total waste. The FIRST room they had me booked for was not even clean the beds wasn’t made nothing after going to the front desk they gave me another room. The room was SUB-par, it was stains everywhere, hair in the bed along with STAINS and makeup, the shower curtain had thick red mucus on it. It was crumbs everywhere it just wasn’t up to $200 standard. The ice bucket was dirt, the pool was cold the toilet paper roll hanging off the wall, NO SOPAP FOR SHOWER! The dates on the soap, shampoo and conditioner said 8/14/24! it’s sad for a second experience when I had my hope up high to at least get the quality I received 3 years ago. I’m upset I wanted a refund but my daughter had a good time for the pool and I stayed but NEVER again!

The room smelled of cigarettes the whole time even though it says it’s a non-smoking room. I think the ventilation is not great and people are smoking in other rooms. Also, the curtains didn’t work on the first night. I called the reception twice that night and each time he was cold and abrupt and said he would send someone from maintenance but no one showed up. They fixed it the next day though.

Allowed to check in 2 hours early.

When I checked in, the charged me more then the reservation price. I felt the room was like staying in an ashtray. Nothing in the room worked - night blinds where broken, the bathroom vanity lights didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t close properly. The next morning at 8am all the breakfast was finished and was rudely told the it was being prepared and I would have to wait 30mins

Staff promptly addressed concerns of loud neighbors

Orange juice watered down tasted. Large group of kids had rooms all around us , were loud . Complained to staff at desk n was taken care of promptly. We appreciated that very much!
