My room door would not close without laying my whole body into it as hard as possible. I'm sure I woke up everyone in the morning while closing it. Multiple doors were like this just on the first floor. Staff didn't care when I told them. Hairs in the shower. 1 inch gap straight to the outdoors next to the AC/heater. Oh and mold on and moldy standing water in the keurig was deadly. So would not recommend.

The original room was gross. Had a bunch of garbage under the pull out couch bed. And had not bedding for said bed. The second room was better but still no aupplies for the pull out bed. Breakfast was terrible. Pancake machine was broke. They used frozed waffles in a pan for replacement. No individual milk available. A dallon of milk from aldis was what they supplied. Food was very old, dry and suspected to be reheated from previous days. The staff seemed to be bothered every time we would ask for a need. Like additional bedding and towels to use in the bathroom since there was 5 of us in the room. We've stayed at many holiday inns this one was a terrible experience.

Staff was super friendly, easy check-in, and easy parking, room was in good shape in general, but the comforter was stained, body wash was out, two conditioners, but not a shampoo, freezer was dirty in the fridge, not the end of the world, but enough to warrant just an OK stay.

This was an okay property C-C+ at best. Did not provide dalily room cleaning and since we were there 10 days that was a problem. We had to on occasion go to get fresh towels and "other" essental item from the front desk.

I requested extra towels and was told I had to collect from front desk myself. Also, bkfast didn't have sufficient variety of healthy food, greasy bacon. Juice was watered down.

Would’ve given it a 10 if the elevator door wasn’t broken. I was on the fourth floor and each time I utilize the elevator. It literally took 10 to 15 seconds for the door to close, triggering an alarm, additionally the toilet was broken. Do better guys.

Shower curtain was old, smelly, and dirty. They need to replace to a new one. The counter above refrigerator was not clean as well as side wall. So many drink stains. Bath tub drain needs to be clean. It’s clogged and water is not draining properly.

This is one of the worse Holiday inn express I've ever been to. And its very unsanitary and unclean. Even if you choose not to stay in the filth. And can not accommodate you for a clean room. Meaning they were sold out. They will not refund you, your money back even after saying they will.

The pool room and the gym were very nice, friendly staff and a nice outdoor area to sit that's available 24/ 7also had convenient parking and multiple entrances depending on where your room was located. You could park closer to whichever door you wanted to.
