The room was very nice and clean. We appreciated the staff giving us a room on an upper floor to avoid listening to children running up and down the hallway.

Would’ve given it a 10 if the elevator door wasn’t broken. I was on the fourth floor and each time I utilize the elevator. It literally took 10 to 15 seconds for the door to close, triggering an alarm, additionally the toilet was broken. Do better guys.

Shower curtain was old, smelly, and dirty. They need to replace to a new one. The counter above refrigerator was not clean as well as side wall. So many drink stains. Bath tub drain needs to be clean. It’s clogged and water is not draining properly.

This is one of the worse Holiday inn express I've ever been to. And its very unsanitary and unclean. Even if you choose not to stay in the filth. And can not accommodate you for a clean room. Meaning they were sold out. They will not refund you, your money back even after saying they will.

I was very disappointed at this location considering I enjoy staying at other Holiday Inns. The first room given to me was a handicap room although I booked a standard queen size room. Once I arrived and made it to the room the key didn’t work even when they exchanged for another one, so they changed my room to another room that had a huge, what look like to me blood stains on the side of the mattress. I took pictures and showed it to the person at the desk. I asked if that was what it was, he never said anything just gave me a key to another room which seemed to be a newer model. I’m thinking if you pay through a third party app you’re going to get the worst room they have available . I will never recommend that hotel to anyone.

Our stay went well. We got the floor that we requested and it was quiet on our floor. The room was spacious and clean- the only negative was that the shower head was filthy and the bathroom was outdated. The location was cool as we were near a lot of plazas and the highway.

When I came to check in, rooms were still getting cleaned. Once i got my room I walked inside and everything looked fine until i decided to check my bed cover. The cover was dirty still with spots on the inside. Also some of the bath towels had pink spots on them as well smh

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were average. Our washroom sink was clogged only gave us one toilet paper roll and our room must have been above or close above to the pool so we could hear the screaming from the people until like 9-10pm. Breakfast options could have been a bit better.
