Sheraton charged me even though they saw I paid with booking.com, they were to lazy to follow up.

After we finally got our room, we unloaded car for quick night.

Location Clean

Room was not ready at 4:00 pm. Had to wait in car until 8 PM. Ridiculous. Only one elevator for conference center and 7 floors.

Staff were nice, pool was enjoyable for my children.

Comforter and sheets has hair on it upon arrival in our room. Asked for fresh sheets and bedding and that had hair on it as well.

It was very loud in the hallway kids running around until 1 am, called front desk few times nothing happened, they hang up the phone, we stayed 2 days, we specifically asked quite room

Love the Hotel. Love the vinyl flooring vs carpet big upgrade in my book just feels cleaner, and more modern. The bed was very comfy. The pillows (x4) too soft, give too firmer and 2 soft. Loved the BIG TV across from the bed you just can not watch it that well from the couch.

#1 the sheets on our King size bed either were too small or were not properly put on the corners kept popping off. #2 We could not get the menu to scan in and come up on our phones my suggestion is have it come up on the TV so I can call my order in. #3 Put better exhaust fans in the bathrooms, after showering the floor outside the bathroom gets VERY slippery from moisture!! I nearly fell.

Good location.

I had a foot surgery and asked the receptionist if I could leave my car parked in the disable spot because it’s closer to the entrance of the hotel and she said no. Since I couldn’t walk I asked her if someone could at least move my car for me or if I could get a disable sticker. She said no and told me if I don’t remove my car I was going to get a ticket. I wish Sheraton hotel was more empathetic in situations like this.

Sleepless, I usually stay there a lot but never get that room, terrible room behind the elevator.

The restaurant and Mrs Tamika is such a pleasure.

My room was behind the elevator, couldn’t sleep. I asked to be switched and the lady at the front desk said no, I have to get whatever room Priceline put me in.

The front desk lady was friendly.

When I checked in the lady said my breakfast was included. She told me what time breakfast was, so we went down had breakfast and then they brought us a bill. Our breakfast wasn't included. The server at the restaurant was rude. The blankets on the bed are not soft, very noisy. It was also noisy when our neighbors in the hall went in and out of their rooms.
