They accepted my money for a reservation and gave my room away. So I did not stay here this night. Then they have not refunded me my money yet! And I’ve called multiple times to get my money refunded. And still no luck

Good location adjacent to my conference. Rooms were comfortable and the staff was efficient.

They were horrible to all the guests

The decided they were going to service the ac units on my one morning to sleep in. So I got woke up by the staff and told them to come back later and 30 minutes later they said it’s too bad they are going to do it now. It was my one day to sleep in after a late work night and the staff was extremely rude to me about it. They could have done it in a couple hours after I was going to head to work but they didn’t care. I’ve never been treated like that somewhere I was paying to stay. Oh, and my keys never worked at the end of the day. I have had them reset 4 times in 2 days

The doors are extremely heavy. Residence let the door swing shut. The walls are also very thin. So you hear doors slamming from every floor all morning long.

Do not book with this hotel and expect to check in after 11pm and not be stranded and charged.

Got to the hotel at 2:10 am after driving 9.5 hours. Called at 10pm and talked to front desk telling them that we’d be there around 3am. Front desk clerk told me it wasn’t a problem and to use the phone in the lobby and someone would check us in. Got to the hotel, after making two phone calls was told by the third party that took the call that the hotel marked us as a no show and already performed their audit and wouldn’t be giving us a room. Also, that there was no one at the property to even speak to about the issue. Was also charged for the room. After spending over a half hour on the phone I ended up having to leave and pay for another room at another hotel. Absolutely horrible service. Especially after I called ahead and we had driven so far and had to leave by 7:30 am. Very disappointed to say the least. Considering there wasn’t even an employee or manager at this site throughout the night, definitely a safety concern. I won’t book with them again.

Everything could have been better. Unfortunately, because they left us stranded in the middle of the night there isn’t much else to say at this time. Horrible horrible service.

Dust and cobwebs - evidence that details were not paid attention to. Worn out carpet. No breakfast foods one morning.

Fine for a night but definitely needs an update and new housekeepers

The staff was friendly and the booking process was easy. I like that they allow pets and the location is close to home for unexpected power outages.

The room needs repairs and major upgrades, there was a large nasty stain on the bed skirt and crumbs on the floor. Also mouse feces was found next to the bed. We did not stay our second night that we booked.
