It was not very clean, the breakfast was AWFUL and we had to pay for it. Stale bagels, mushy/watery eggs. The sausage was gross. Everything was covered in plastic wrap, not actually storage containers.

The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It varied daily for the hot offerings.

Because of the location, between a freeway and a busy urban road, it was louder than I would have liked.

Long line wait at front desk. Waited 30 min. 2 ladies trying to figure out things for a customer. In the a.m. cleaning ladies and a gentlemen had a very LOUD non english conversation outside our door around 10 a.m. remote for t.v. and room phone didn't work (front desk had maintenance fix it). King size bed was hard! Not comfortable! !

The breakfast was good and plentiful. Very clean and good selection for that type of facility. They cleared the snow right away.

People in the room upstairs and next door were very noisy late at night. Called the front desk and they handled it.
