The sheets were stained, it wasnt very clean, and the staff werent very friendly. Not rude but not friendly either.

There was nothing to cook or eat with in the room. They were starting to clean the room before even checking out and I still had stuff in the room. Also it had snowed and sidwalk was slippery and we told the front desk they probably should put salt down and they said they already did. But clearly they hadn't.

Had to stand in a vestibule and call someone to check us in because we arrived at 10:30pm. Not that big of an issue but it had been a long day of travel. We get up to our room and there is a single pillow next to an empty pillowcase on the bed. My boyfriend went down and knocked on the check-in door to ask for a second pillow and was told they “don’t do extra things” here. Exact words. I didn’t realize a single pillow per person was considered EXTRA?! The photo on the room when we booked clearly showed two pillows on the bed. Truly, truly insane. My boyfriend had to sleep on a rolled up blanket that we had packed in our luggage. At a hotel. That we paid to sleep at. I would never in my wildest dreams recommend this place or stay at one of these again. Bathroom also had mold.

They cancelled the room as we showed up. Then we had to spend $250 USD more for a different hotel last minute, making us late to a concert we flew the US for. Terrible, stay away. They didn't and wouldn't compensate.

Our room smelled terrible and the toilet had black build up under the rim that you can’t miss. Not to mention when we opened the bathroom door it smelled of urine and when my husband looked there was pee in the toilet. Pillows smelled like pets and the room just felt dirty. I sprayed air freshener to try and mask the foul odor. I didn’t request another room because by the time we checked in and got settled the front desk was already closed and we were leaving at 4:30 am to return home. I will spend the extra $20-30 for a better hotel next time i travel to the area. Lots of extra fees such as charging for changing out towels, renting an ironing board/iron. I would not recommend. The only good thing was location and the lady at check-in was nice.

For being a newlu built property, i thought it would be cleaner. The floor isn't well swept, toilet dirty inside, and the main hallways were very dirty and unmopped. I am leaving a 2 star review as the place isn't really bad in terms of beds and being clean (minus the smell) but it smells so bad of cigarette smoke that we left the last night. Every time the AC shuts off (which is frequent) the smell would get worse. The 3rd floor hall also smells like someone or an animal took a poop in it. The would offer no refund for the last night. If cigarettes and poop are you choice of smells then stay here if not then I suggest to not stay here.

A gem often overlooked. This is one example of a nice property. Clean and well managed. Just wish I had known I didn’t need the dishwasher and pots and pans. Otherwise I have extended my stay and will be here until I settle in my own place again. Perfect for anyone who needs a secure place to stay
