Chocolates & balloons in room for my upcoming 60th birthday.
Bathroom shower, nowhere to place the showerhead.
Room was small & needs updated.
No English Breakfast teabags (had to request them two days in a row).
Only one mug & a very small cup in the room. There were two people, so had to ask for another mug.
A member of staff chapped our door just after 9am on the day we left (we were sleeping) to remind us to vacate at 11am when we already knew this.
One male receptionist was unhelpful & looked disinterested when I asked him for help to book an uber.

It was nice and clean. Loved the complimentary champagne when you arrive to the hotel at check in.
Ocean view classic room was a bit small with no
Microwave and the showers are very small.
