Called and was told that the charge was for “incidentals” to hold our room, even though the Booking.com listing clearly stated that it was “pay at property” Wednesday - Arrive at checkin and was told my total was told that there would be an additional $561 charge for room, resort fee, and incidentals. When I asked about the charge that posted on Monday I was told that it was for our first night. After this incident, she called her manager over (Qu) and I prompted him to tell me what all I would be and have been charged for. After asking MULTIPLE times I bluntly asked him what the FULL total was going to be, including all fees and incidental charges. He then told me that in FULL the total was going to be $400. I, again, assured that this was going to be the full and final charge and was told that it was. Wednesday night - Fire alarm went off at 4 am and was then told that it was “broken” after an incident on the 16th floor and someone was going to come fix it. Friday - After waking, I had noticed that the comforter we were given (and slept with) still had dried blood stains along the top of the comforter and a large spot right by the top right corner. It was not only disgusting to see after already using the blankets and after we informed housekeeping, we then left our room for lunch .

Location is great.

1. The housekeeping team was unprofessional. They moved personal belongings (including clothes and underwear) around the room at their own discretion and placed them in unsanitary locations, such as an old bench by the bed. Each day, they would forget to provide something - we had to contact the front desk multiple times to request dishwasher pods, shower caps, towels, and other essentials. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was excessively loud; we were woken up every day early in the morning by their conversations, loud music, and the noise from their carts. The overall cleaning quality was mediocre - the floors were dirty, with hair from previous guests visible throughout. They did not clean the floors during our stay, and we had to request a change of bed covers ourselves. 2. Although they claim this is a hotel with an equipped kitchen, it felt as if they didn’t want guests to actually use it. The condition of the utensils was poor - even after we requested another cutting board and frying pan, we ultimately had to purchase them ourselves. We also had to buy dishwasher pods on our own. 3. Elevator wait time was too long due to the fact that elevator #3 was not functioning. 4. The temperature at the front desk area was extremely cold - we felt as if we were standing in a refrigerator. On one occasion, while waiting another five minutes for the elevator in the lobby, we asked the front desk staff to adjust the temperature. They rolled their eyes in surprise and ultimately ignored our request. 5. Beach umbrellas are not included in the resort fee, and the pricing increases each year - currently, guests are to pay $28 per day for an umbrella

The room was big and nice. The breakfast was better than what we thought. Pool area was good. One of the bartender was fantastic.

The only option was valet parking and the paper we received at check-in said, to text 10 minutes before needing the car but that was worthless. Your front desk or valet personnel didn't know the policy that you have given your customers to follow.

The breakfast was phenomenal, the display, the cleanliness and the atmosphere.

Everything was very nice.

The kitchenette, the pool, breakfast, daily cocktails, beach amenities, friendly staff.

Friendly stuff, very welcome and clean everywhere. Amazing location and view from the hotel room. Great breakfast and bar at the pool floor. Great extras included.

This was my return stay at this hotel, and once again — a perfect 10/10! Everything was absolutely flawless. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were all top-notch. A big plus this time: breakfast included fresh fruit, and regular cutlery and plates instead of plastic. It’s a small change, but it made mornings feel more elegant and eco-friendly. Our room was cleaned daily — always fresh and spotless. The staff was kind, helpful, and highly professional. The only thing I missed was the heated pool. This time the water was a bit too cold, which was a shame — it would have been paradise otherwise! I’m already looking forward to coming back. This hotel exceeds my expectations every time. Highly recommended!

A modern hotel one block from the beach. It is located in a residential and very affluent area, with the grocery stores and restaurants within the walking distance. The upscale Aventura Mall is also quite close by. The room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen.

The breakfast food was cold and tasteless. The public transportation in Florida is awful, and the car traffic is super busy day and night. The beach was full of sea weed and hard to swim in which was the biggest drawback for me. The Fort Lauderdale airport service was awful - a complete shame for the USA - a third world country service and a total shame. When will they care to improve ???

Very clean, new, breakfast was good with different options daily. Pool was warm. Great locations with walking distance to lots of restaurants. Had some noisy neighbors on both sides at night but staff was quick to respond when we called. Would stay again.

Problem with the elevator while we were there.

Hurricane Milton evacuation from St Petersburg with three dachshunds and a macaw. The $150 pet fee was waived which was great! We were so very grateful for that. Hotel was in a really unique location. Busy A1A one block East, with a McDonald's literally next door, and a quiet residential neighborhood and a Catholic church immediately out the front door. Safe, quiet, low traffic, well maintained neighborhood to walk three dogs and a bird. Great situation since we had to walk the dogs. A-LOT-LOT (like 4x a day). LOVED the free bikes and free daily drinks from the rooftop bar. Bikes were right there on site, so no big hassle to rent. Just grab and go basically (valet had to unlock the bikes from a rack and sign a waiver). We rode all the way down A1A to the clothing optional beach. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, a beautiful view of the rooftop pool, and the Atlantic Ocean across the street. Great experience all around. Room was great, too, with a full size fridge and a couple burners to cook. It was all we needed. LOVED the generously sized outdoor balcony and spent lots of time out there. We were so very grateful to find such an accommodating, pet friendly hotel under such incredible personal stress. We returned to a house we couldn't live in, but glad to have been safe at this welcoming space for a few days before returning to a sobering situation.

Housekeeping would not clean the rooms with the dogs. I don't blame them, but room got a little ripe.

She is a keeper and an ASSET YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE...NOW FOR THE HAPPY HOUR Orlando and Rachel were TIPTOP...For Breakfast Brandon And Kimberly And Melissa stood out ...the SERVICE YOUR Team provides is Impeccable...Now for your Room Service...I didn't get their names but whoever cleaned our room was METICULOUS And MARVELOUS ...And in the evening Peter was always Ready to Help with Great Ideas...Thank You Again GOD WILLING WE WILL BE RETURNING

The beach and the ocean are awesome. Good neighborhood.

1. Mediocre cleaning. The floor in our room remained uncleaned during the whole stay. Upon checking in, we found out that the bathroom was extremely dirty, there were leftovers in the toaster. 2. The hotel used to provide complimentary water every day. It is no longer the case. 3. Hot water provided for breakfast was disgusting - it was dirty, dark yellow and smelled terribly every day. Hence, we were unable to make some tea. 4. The housemaid moved the personal belongings and clothes around the room at her own discretion. In the meantime she forgot to provide us new towels. 5. Bad breakfasts. 6. Kitchenware was very old and dirty.

Room was nice and beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. Location was very close to beaches, restaurants, and stores.

Only 3 washers and dryers in the hotel and each set was on a different floor.

Beds are super comfortable, the place is clean, quiet but close to everything, staff is friendly Also serves a great free buffet breakfast
