Location and the lobby is beautiful. Very well renovated, feels mostly like new construction. The pool area and beach are amazing!
It was not ready to be honest, restaurant was not open and rooms still need touchups.

The location is great and the pool and privet beach are great. The best was the service the people there are really great and positive and helpful

The area itself was on the quieter side, which was nice, but admittedly, is quite far from many of the classic Miami attractions. Pool area is nice and beach on the property was also great to have access to so easily. The inside decor was quite beautiful. The room suites were very nice and clean, and again with good decor.
The pool and beach areas were generally pretty poorly attended, it was unclear whether guests were supposed to grab their own towels and sit at an open spot or if they were supposed to be sat at a designated area by the staff (though all of the pool/beach staff were very kind whenever I did interact with them). I had quite a poor interaction with some of the front desk staff who were quite rude and curt with me, as they seemed to be overwhelmed with handling a small queue of customers, approximately 4 to 5 people or so. I was very disappointed in the fact that multiple times while showering the water completely stopped flowing and did not return for several minutes. Notably, the location was nice as it was on the quieter side and more relaxed for Miami, but it certainly quite far from many of the classic Miami attractions requiring expensive Uber or Lyft rides. This is not necessarily a problem, but should be more clearly advertised for transparency among travelers/those who will be booking.
