The hotel is a great property, but the building and the facility aren't enough. It's the little thin

Breakfast was fine, rooms are always great.

Numerous issues- My late evening arrival, no one greeted me or offered to help with luggage or even opened the door. My TV didn't function when I checked in. It took a couple hours to repair. Why wouldn't someone have tested it prior to my arrival? (after cleaning?) It took two days to get a bottle opener. My i-Pad didn't work for 2 days. Finally, on the last day, 2 of 3 elevators were inoperative. I worked for an elevator company, they make their money from 24/7 service! They were never repaired all day, causing us to almost miss our flight due to the delay in getting down from our room.

great pools, pool staff were very helpful, love that there are staff to set you up at the pool and beach. overall staff are very frequently.

the food was mediocre. I was expecting a lot more from the breakfasts, especially given the price. The quality of the food was quite disappointing. the beds and pillows are also way too soft. I ended up with back and neck pain.

Amazing very professional check in experience 5 star service from receptionist Valaria! The welcome drink and room upgrade was a special touch and very much appreciated! Lovely beach and chairs service. We had a delicious lunch at the beach front restaurant and a fantastic dinner at the Italian restaurant. Both catered well to kids.

The valet was a bit complicated on weekends as they cater to three popular restaurants in the hotel and not just the hotel guests.

Price not in line with negative experiences listed in section above and NOISE rendered serenity lost

Facilities were clean and staff was very pleasant. We had water bowls for our service dogs and dog biscuits that was a nice touch. Food was good, we ordered dinner in the room a couple times.

There was construction going on and all days were very very loud, noisy with banging and other power tools going on. There was a stage with people going up and down the building that provided no privacy, and obstructed the view the entire time, and also not allowing privacy to take advantage of the balcony. Had to keep curtains shut. The one time I went to sit on the beach, there was a slight breeze and few raindrops and our umbrella was taken away. My mom visited and left her car in front for a couple hours, and when ready to leave her car had been misplaced ... we waited over half hour for the car to be found. It looked as though it was reported as an overnight car, which also appeared on our final invoice - we had to have charges removed as we did not have a car parked.

An unforgettable experience.

The service is unparalleled! The staff at Acqualina are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to accommodate you and make your stay truly a “5 star” experience. Upon arrival, Igor gave my husband and I a tour of the entire resort which was much appreciated. We did not make dinner reservations prior to arrival but as soon as we told them that we wanted to reserve a table that evening, not soon after, we received text confirming our reservation. Jimmy at Il Mulino was wonderful, along with Anthony. If you get a chance to go to the spa, please do! I can’t put into words how amazing the treatment (luxury foot) was. I have never fell asleep during a treatment. I was so relaxed. The relaxation room afterwards was a nice finishing touch. The staff are so attentive—it’s rather remarkable how they are always one step ahead of your needs/desires and provide a service well before it even comes to your mind. For that alone, they’re more than well deserving of a five star review.

Excellent hotel. In LOVE. they set up a surprise for my son s birthday. Jacky was absolutely lovely. Thanks a million times! We will be back!
