Location
The original room that I booked with you was horrible! way old and small. We went downstairs and the front desk girl said she was the manager and that she couldn't change the room. Thank God head of security was there a very kind and educated gentlemen and she helped us with changing the room.

It wasn’t my choice to stay there, but my cousin got married there so that’s what she had us make our reservations
First of all, the staff is really rude. Old property room has a old musty mildew smell to it. I had to ask for a humidifier or a air purifier. I did receive one, but I had a sweep and I don’t really help for one room which I chose to put it in the bedroom because the first night I tried to sleep I was really congested The next day. The carpet needs to be replaced. It just wasn’t a good experience there and I paid good money to stay there and afford to be a Hilton property. I just expected more and I just called back this morning because the bill that I received is different what Was charged on my credit card and they can’t explain the difference is not a deposit because it’s odd number, but they can’t tell me what it was charged for just that it will fall off so I’m hoping and waiting until it falls off my credit card so just speaking with the person I wouldn’t even say gentleman Asking him what the charge was for he said just wait till it falls off in a couple of days couldn’t tell me what the charges was for and then at the end of the car he slams the phone down very very rude

I was charged for 2 transactions that I didn’t make for 375.20 and 642.60 tried to talk to the front desk about and they said it was there system and it would come off I was refunded the 375.20 but have yet to receive the 642.20

The location was great for my needs. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. The valet team was quick. I had a problem with the safe and with the TV but it was fixed immediately.

It has an outdoor pool and is close to the beach. You get a chair and towel every day at the beach. It was nice to be able to text valet to have your car ready for you. Having a mini fridge and microwave was convenient as well. There is a lifeguard tower near by with flags that would help tell you about the water conditions.
The air conditioner was super loud (I would have to turn up the volume of the TV by at least three levels to hear it over the air-and then turn it back down when the air went off as it was too loud) and it would frequently wake me up at night with how loud it was. Things need updating. Multiple cracks in the tile in the bathroom, the hot tub was down due to renovation. Three elevators that were constantly breaking down and with housekeeping using the same elevators meant waiting for elevators for a long time. Valet parking EF was nice but wish it was not mandatory. On the bills they charge you 18%gratuity and then ask for a tip too? I wish when you checked in, they gave you rules like what time is check out, and pool and beach hours. Wish you could purchase a bottle of water when you picked up your beach towels.

Elevators did not work 2 days in a row. Our patio door would not open. Our carpet in room was soaked and it was just covered with a towel.

They let us check in an hour early and check out a little late for no fee which was very accommodating with our flight schedules.
The valet parking guys never explained that you’d be charged 35 dollars every single time you take your car in and out of the parking lot unless you buy the valet option. On the last day we are trying to leave the parking lot and the machine kept saying error and so the valet guy came and said go talk to them inside and we let him know we had a flight to catch can we just pay with him and he just walked away saying “go inside, it’s not my error” so rude. We are paying customers. We paid to stay there, I don’t know why they treated us like that. When I also initially checked in the lady gave us the room keys and the room we had was like hidden, there was no instructions on how to find the rooms specially since the room numbers aren’t identical to the room numbers she gave us so it was tricky. I had to ask the cleaning lady to guide us on how to properly search for our room. When we got to our room we saw it had one bed and no balcony and I specially booked two beds with balcony. We went straight down stairs to ask them for the right room. At the beginning the lady is showing me some random paper saying you booked this room this is the room name therefore this is the layout you booked. Thankfully I had a my reservation details, screenshots, receipts in had that specifically said two beds with a balcony, so she ended up changing our room to the correct one.
I have been to Miami many times; stayed at many different hotels, but unfortunately will never ever stay at this location ever again.

They don't have many pool towels and at 5:30 pm they already pick up the chairs and umbrellas, It's too early for me🥲

We liked the Beach and the Pool and also the location.
The service in general was not good, they charge if you want an umbrella at the beach, they couldnt gave us a room with kitchen, they didnt do the room one day.

Great Service and amazing location. It's very close to many shops and nice restaurants. We had a nice view from our room, and the Front office, Security, Bar, and Beach chair staff were very friendly and attentive.
The building itself is a bit dated, but it is to be expected along the beachside in Miami. The service and location outshine this small drawback, in my opinion.

Our room was fantastic- it was recently renovated- only complaint was the outlet in bathroom didn’t work but the location was perfect being right on beach and close to stores and restaurants. We especially liked the pool bar where they served delicious lunches and drinks, also the breakfast was very very good. Overall the property was nice but needed a little tlc and the food and drinks were a little pricey but we found that to be true of Miami Beach on the whole. Staff was very nice and we will return next year!

Not enough beach chairs, had 4 in group and only given 2 free and had to pay for 2 as well as umbrellas. Pool was extremely dirty, hot tubs didn’t work, restrooms by beach closed, beach was left dirty. Water leaking in closet, soaking clothing. Beds are not queen size.
