There are plenty of resort amenities to enjoy at this resort property situated beachfront in the heart of Sunny Isles–North Miami Beach, FL. This cozy and charming one bedroom Ocean Front suite features a balcony, a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. There is also a microwave and mini-fridge. Please note that this suite does not have a kitchen; however, there is a restaurant onsite.
The resort is directly on the beach featuring lounge chairs and tiki huts. Beach chairs and towels are included. The onsite amenities include Lobby Café, Coconuts poolside bar & grill, day spa, fitness center, pool, kiddie pool, playground (currently inaccessible), towel service, scheduled activities, mini market, Valet parking (fee), concierge, laundry facility (fee), complimentary local calls, and ice vending machines.
UPDATE - Effective Aug. 11, 2023 The Pool, Pool deck and Coconut Bar & Grill is now open. Pool hours are from Sunrise to Sunset. Please note, Newport Beachside is still under renovation (including unit refurbishment project). Amenities and services may be discontinued to facilitate the progress of the renovation project. The kid's playground will still be inaccessible during this time. Guests will have direct access to the beautiful beach to soak up the sun through a designated walkway. Resort will continue to offer all amazing beach amenities for your unforgettable getaway (subject to change at any time).

Identification will be required for pick-up.

Location had everything you could want beach, pool, drinks and snacks.
Just have to make sure room your booking is actually what your looking for some of the pictures in listings can be deceiving. I made sure to reach out to host to verify the beach front room with balcony was indeed the room I was booking. Great communication with host.

The whole experience from start to end was well executed. Chris sent the information ahead of time and when I did have a few questions, they were answered quickly through a text. The room was on the 7th floor, Oceanside and we literally slept each night with the door wall wide open, listening to the crashing waves.
The hotel itself, like others have said, is definitely tired but upon our departure, 4 men were literally talking about renovations right by me. The staff was super friendly and helpful, food was great at the breakfast place and ate twice at the pier.
Thank you for everything and would definitely consider staying here in the future!

An incredible view for sure--breathtaking--able to watch the sunrise from our balcony. All the staff were extremely friendly and good to work with. Restaurant in the hotel was really tasty (although a little pricey). Location was good--close to the pier, and a short walk over the canal bridge across the street and there are more shops and restaurants than on the main road. Problems in the room included carpeting badly in need of replacement with tile--there was moisture in the room if we didn't keep the air conditioning on high and I can only imagine the amount of mold that must be under the carpeting; couch also needs to be replaced; sign by the bar sink said they don't wash the glasses in the room so they are not sanitized (yuck--we had to sanitize in the microwave before using--this could be easily fixed by removing the glasses and putting in disposable cups); the outside of the building needs repair and painting as well, some of the balconies are falling off the building. Just depends what you're looking for--we wanted that view, so we put up with the rest.
