The hotels interior designs are very old-fashioned. It is not really upgraded to the design of today’s fashion. It is just like staying in an average hotel but with so much higher price I highly do not recommend this place for its price.

Coffeemaker was difficult to operate and it was nearly impossible to get through to front desk. The check in was delayed for a lengthy time and there were no rooms available of the type we booked.

The staff was exceptional. Robert at the pool was friendly and eager to serve. I liked that.

The beach chairs were broken up somewhat. And uncomfortable. But better than none! All in all great visit. The hotel director went over and beyond his job! Great place.

Every detail was meticulously thought out, from the warm welcome to the way we were accommodated. Every time we passed the front desk and lobby , the staff greeted us and with a warm smile, which made us feel so welcome. The suite was a sanctuary of comfort and luxury, with a breathtaking ocean view. The beds were so comfortable . The beach was a private paradise, and the attendant made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Dining was an unforgettable journey, with fresh ingredients and impeccable service at every restaurant . The staff, went above and beyond to make our little vacation truly special !!! Thank you Trump international beach resort we will be back soon !

The staff was really nice. They checked us in early, and on day of checkout we completely forgot that we had to checkout at 11 and they didn’t give us any stick for coming back to the hotel to check out at 12.30. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Location was nice and by the beach.

The room was clean and with a nice view

The hotel is dated. The curtains were broken and very old, balcony door very hard to close open. The kitchen dished old and scratched no useable. Toilet had a crack .

Really excellent place for a nice family beach vacation. Convenient shopping nearby if needed.

Kids club and spa were under renovation, and we had to repeatedly ask for missing items for the kitchen. Chrome cast required tech visits and support phone calls.

Pool is great the beach is amazing. Great location. Big rooms. Definitely recommend the 1 bedroom suite.

It’s a bit older but you can tell they used quality products so it’s all good.

Both hot tubs not working. Waited 20 minutes to check in due to no staff available at the front desk. Breakfast is mediocre at best with watery scrambled eggs and over fried bacon.

Breakfast buffet a little overpriced comparing with the rest of the services. For a room with a spa it would be nice to have a lounge chair in the balcony

We had an incredible stay at this hotel—everything was perfect! The staff was outstanding, especially the concierge team. A special mention to Maria at the omelet station during breakfast she was fantastic and Vladimir, who assisted us so professionally throughout our stay. The beach and pool staff were equally attentive and helpful. We highly recommend having lunch or dinner by the pool the burger was juicy and absolutely delicious! Our room was spacious, featuring a large balcony and a relaxing hot tub, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We had a truly wonderful time and will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

The customer service. I request a early check in. And they told they would try. Ok. I didn’t have my hope up. But I did the check in around noon. They told me they will try to have my room ready , ok they call me around 6pm to he the keys of the room. And then in the next morning. They know my door around 10am and twice around 10:50am to kick me out of the room because they need to clean for the next guest and they need the room ready. So they make me edit yesterday until 6pm for then to kick me out of the room for the next guest. I spoke with from desk and they told me if not supervisor or manager available , they just told me sorry. Have a good day. What kind of customer service this is. We are paying for a service. Not for this kind of service. So disrespectful and also they stole the plushy from my son in the pool. And they don’t even care about this. Please don’t stay here save some time and go to next hotel.

Not enough restaurants in hotel and 20 percent service charge was unexpected. would be nice if they gave you list of things to visit and activities in the area.

The kitchen zone was almost empty. Only coffee machine and two caps. That’s all.

Very outdated, full of families with kids which many times compromised a relaxed stay, the day pass provided to the public didn’t make the hotel feel exclusive which caused lots of overcrowding

No hospitality events for guest like lobby tea, snacks etc Scheduled activities were cancelled ie fitness and nobody knew what the fitness activities were . Also our upgraded room was dirty dusty trim throughout

The location of this property is fantastic. You are right on the beach and can walk just about anywhere to get anything you may need. The staff at the beach is incredibly helpful and happy, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. The check in process at a hotel sets the mood of the hotel. This was the worst experience I've had with staff at the front desk of a hotel. They were rude from the moment we arrived and acted like our presence was an inconvenience. They didn't tell us anything about the hotel amenities or where we could wait while our room was being prepared they were however, very eager to discuss all of the things that were not included in our stay, and the additional charges for each. We rented a car for our stay and we paid more to park it for 5 days than we did to rent it. We would have just used an Uber had we known how much parking was. This was a terrible surprise. When we finally got our room and called down to the front desk and asked for something we had to call multiple times in order to get what we needed. We quickly learned not to call the front desk and just go get what you needed yourself. Again this is terrible for a hospitality based business. Upon check out we called down and asked to have someone take our bags to the lobby. At 11:01 we received a call to advise we were late checking out and there is a late check out fee. I advised we were waiting for our bags to be taken downstairs at which point someone came to get them. The spa at this hotel is sub par at best and I wouldn't recommend wasting my money on the steam shower and sauna. Which is an additional fee as well. The food is decent but over priced and many guests could be seen bringing in food and snacks from Target and other stores in the area. All in all I've stayed at much nicer hotels with much better service.
