Overall, it’s a nice hotel with excellent beach access and stunning views.
However, our check-in experience was unpleasant. When we arrived at our assigned room and opened the door, we found a previous guest still inside, sleeping. Considering that only two out of three elevators were working, it took us about 20 minutes to reach the 18th floor and return to reception for a new room, which we then had to wait for.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and offered a great view. A couple of downsides, though: the soundproofing was poor—we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, and when their two kids cried through the night, we shared that experience too. Additionally, the shower lacked proper sealing, causing water to leak onto the floor.
On the positive side, the beach service and the beach itself were outstanding! That’s probably what made me give this hotel 4 stars.
