Beautiful resorts and very clean , the staff very nice and friendly. The only thing is that the food and drinks very expensive and charge 20% service charge on everything on thier menus other wise everything was excellent

I am so made they charged me 140$ for in room alcohol we did not open or drink!!!! I moved it aside in frig to make room for our drinks. I have called them 3 months in a row. Never got charge credit. 1st time staying there for only 1 night post cruise. Needs renovated. Will never go back!
