We were pleasantly surprised with our stay and will definitely be back.

Everything about the stay was amazing! Right from the start where we were contacted by Brandon, who reached out the day before our arrival to make sure he understood everything we needed and to get it all set up for when we arrived. He was amazing and quick to pick up on our needs. This was a very positive initial contact with the property and not something that happens very often. It set the tone for the rest of our stay there. Elijah and Mae were also very helpful and pleasant at the front desk, and were very good at fielding my questions and assisting me. The property itself was also superior and clean. It was very spacious and bright, and the breakfast was also above average. We will definitely be including this Hampton Inn West at Cedar Bluff in Knoxville on our future trips down south.

The best hotel I've stayed at in Knoxville, and the price was comparable.

Abigail was super attentive and kind and very responsive. I love the way you guys check in on your guests before a problem can even arise. Every employee wore a smile and every other guest I saw looked well rested! Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious! There were so many options and the mango water was AMAZING!!

Was a great location off I-75

The room we were put in was infested with the smell of marijuana smoke. My children as well as my husband and I left after only being checked in for awhile smelling like marijuana. The property has still yet to respond to booking.com about our issues. Seems similar to our experience there with staff not caring

We loved the location and the nice breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We really like the gazabo area and the large trees with grass. So relaxing to sit and drink coffee after breakfast.

Easy to find- pet friendly

Shower was complicated and caused a ton of messes. The tiled floor was filthy- I spilled some water and went to wipe it up. In the process of wiping the floor, the towel turned gray from whatever was still on the floor from prior guests.
