Don't recommend

Only thing good is that it is close to Levi stadium

Checkin was supposed to be at 3pm. We showed up a little after 4pm and were told house cleaning is behind, they asked for our phone number to call us when a room would be available. This took almost an hour. We were there to enjoy a concert at Levi stadium and couldn't even get settled before having to head to the concert. They did give us a free drink, however, the bartender had no idea what he was doing. Kept leaving the bar to go to the kitchen or to try to figure out who ordered food. It was a hot mess. I will not be staying here again.

Spacious room and quiet location.

Location was quiet and easy to get to. Room was spacious and clean. Check out time at 12pm was perfect for us. The bar stayed open late which was also great.

At check-in they told us our room wasn't ready and that we had to wait for our room to be ready. Location to the Levi stadium wasn't as close to walk to.

The staff were very friendly

The rooms were not ready when we got there. The check in time was 3 we got there at 4 and wasn’t jot assigned a room we were asked to wait and call us when the room was ready.

The facility itself was nice and it was great that they offered a free shuttle to Levi stadium.

They didn’t have a room ready at the time of check in, which was 3pm. I understand it was a busy weekend (the Morgan Wallen concert) but it was expect to be able to get into our room at 3pm and there’s really no reason they shouldn’t have been prepared for something like this. It was unacceptable that there was a list going of people waiting for their rooms and there were like having to get ready in the lobby.

Disappointed!

It was very clean

There was no lighting in the room making it extremely dark, there was no dresser so my clothes had to remain in suitcase, the staff was never at the front desk, the TV Chanel’s did not work, there was no WIFI, the breakfast was minimal items for $26/person, they did not staff their restaurant and there is nothing around without getting back on the freeway to eat, the cleaning staff were so loud above us slamming doors at 9:00am, staff was not helpful with any of this when brought to their attention and way over priced to not have the most simplest accommodations met.

Location convenience, hot tub, hot breakfast, late checkout.

The breakfast I thought was included in our fees, was not. And no one responded to my concern. Beds are not comfortable. Front desk was less than friendly.

The room was pretty good and the front desk ladies were nice

The service at your restaurant was awful. My father and I got seated first and got served last. The server was rude and told me that we’ll be served when the foods ready. 4 tables that got seated after us ordered, got their food, finished and paid before we got ours. From sit down to the end took over an hour and 45 minutes. 0 out of 10.

Staff is so nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and the location is great.

The location was excellent; near the ball field where we were playing, the staff was so nice and helpful, the hotel was really clean and the location overall is very quiet (away from traffic).

The beds were very hard for us, but otherwise there were no negatives.

It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed our visit!

Location was excellent to walk to the Twin Creeks Sports Complex to watch our grandson and his Team play baseball in the under 14 bracket 3 -day tournament. And for surrounding dinner and lunch places to eat.
