Great stay for when you are in town for a quick trip

It was located above the main road so the views were pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

You had to pay for parking but on an app and not conveniently through the room charges. The lobby did not offer enough seating for social groups/gatherings. In the evening They had a musician who still probably needs more lessons. He played poorly but loud so conversations were difficult. We were told he should stop at 9 pm but he kept going so ultimately we broke up our gathering.

i did not enjoy my stay. -check in was difficult, the man at the desk was not helpful. -i was charged but the front desk insisted my card declined even thought my bank statements showed different. -was told and advertised with breakfast included, but breakfast came with a price. around $11 per item. -no microwave, not clean, inconvenient

Modern decor, clean, lots of parking, nice bar, live music. Good vibes all around. Exceptional staff!Rooms were nicely equipped (everything in working order) A/C and temperature controls worked great!

I’m a positive person, so I didn’t notice any negative things. I’ve been to so-called great hotels in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Mexico. Your Hotel is in the top tier. We had zero issues everything was great!

Good ppace to stay with entertainment downstairs

This hotel smelled so good the minute we walked in and throughout our stay. Its was clean! The room had good space. Fitness room was good. Bar area, seating, and pool table were a plus for us.

No microwave in our room Towels felt like sandpaper Bathroom door was a sliding door, not good for privacy when sharing with friends or relatives.

Only grabbed coffee. The body wash and hair products (Dry Bar) excellent. Nice the place has a bar because nothing else is close but as usual with the Bay Area the price for a cocktail is steep LOL.

Great hotel for going to Levi Stadium

The location was great for going to a game at Levi stadium, walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable, toilet and shower was separate to the basin and mirror which was good for a family. Staff were friendly.

Not many food options nearby. Breakfast was included in our room price but was a bit confusing when we got there. It’s a “choose one item off a menu” kind of deal.

Booked last minute when we decided to go to silicone valley pride fest. 10 min uber ride to downtown San Jose. Beautiful hotel, super comfy bed, clean rooms. All staff I interacted with was very pleasant. We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed longer! Great hotel for a great price! Al

They stay wasn’t bad, we mind our business and we were able to still nap

The location, not in a busy area. It was nice and quiet besides the train coming and going.

The train when it comes during the day or early morning when I’m still asleep since they do make a loud noise by using their “choo choo horn”. Also, the walls are very thin, I can hear the person on the upper floor walking back and forth or when their using the bathroom and when someone is walking outside our hotel room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and decent amenities. I slept well in a bed with great comfort. The windows do an OK job to muffle the noise from the highway ca 100m/300ft away.

The water pressure in the shower I will never get. This is not the first hotel, where it is like that. The free part of the free breakfast is not exactly what I would call a breakfast. Croissants and the blueberry muffins are made of concrete. Everything else you may buy at own expense.

Great for quick stays..Heavy masculine targeting a bit weird but chic decor makes up!

Loved the room layout. Amenities were disappointing but the bed was comfy and the bed linens and. Comforter were nice. Ice machine fine if a long way off. Electronics were great. Loved that the price was so low. We were there on a holiday so the lack of food service did not bother us and we liked that since the place was so empty we were not charged for parking which would have been a big insult.

Amenities were lackluster. Soap and lotion were skimpy, old and stale. Coffee was not drinkable. It did not even smell like coffee! Snack prices were priced too high— too far above retail prices we couldn’t find extra toilet paper but it may have been there. Most important: light inadequate especially in the bathroom. Women need more light in the bathroom. Throughout the room felt dark.

The staff, a lady at the front desk was not friendly and when my daughter said hi to her she acted like it was an inconvenience. There were also two males at the front desk later who just stared at us instead of greeting us. Very rude. Also having to pay for parking ridiculous

this hotel was great!! love the unique lighting and atmosphere. extremely clean, everything was new and updated. very modern. staff was great. enrique greeted us when we walked in and helped us with everything we needed. beds were extremely comfortable and hotel rooms were great. definitely will be back!!
