Great Location but could improve some things like housekeeping

The location is next to some convenient stores and fast food restaurants. Besides, the suite is very spacious andit has separate rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. Very practical if you are going to a game or a concert at Levi’s Stadium.

We stayed 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room during our whole stay. We had to ask for dry towels and toiletries to the front desk. Not easy to connect in Netflix or any other platform. Our room had a funny smell. Not bad but it didn’t smell like a hotel room. The gym is very tiny and with just few equipments.

The location was great, breakfast was good, parking good.

The AC made a noise when it was on so most of the night. It made it a little difficult to sleep. The room setup felt cramped, too much stuff for little space.

Won't recommend for the price there are better options.

Very basic, not happy for the price. Should be priced at $200 per night.

Honestly didn't see the value for the price I paid $350 +$50 tax/per night. My friends stayed in Marriott -Elements for $250/per night. And their facilities were much superior than Hyaat. They also had all day fruits snacks and then happy hour in evening with free beer and wine.

Cleanliness was excellent, the complimentary breakfast was great and had multiple healthy options, the room was a great size for our family of 6 and the price point was unbeatable for the area, definitely staying again.

A Relaxing weekend

The breakfast was delicious I enjoyed the fresh fruit. I do wish they would bring the omelette bar back. Room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, we came back from our day trip our room was clean housekeeping did a great job.

Expensive, gloomy and unpleasant

Close to the office.

I paid over 300USD per night for an old hotel room. I asked for water. I was told water was reserved for whatever elite members. But the staff gave me a free water, thinking their were doing me a courtesy. Water bottles in a hotel room is table stakes. Especially at 300USD/ night. Breakfast was horrible: no gluten free option, expect fruit. Poor choice and gloomy atmosphere.

Property was surrounded by a helpful mall. Team seemed welcoming.

Poor communication. Rooms were only cleaned every other day, but this was never communicated. When cleaned there seemed to always be something off - eg we were using the pull out and it would either be folded away, half folded and required re-making, etc. Room worked well for our family though.
