Worth to stay.

Kitchen (kitchen utensils), sofa, tv, restroom, bed mattress are so good.

I don't really like the food for ham & cheese, which is dry. The egg, sausage, and fruits are so good.

Perfect, as always.

Breakfast had a great variety and the hours were spot on. I personally liked the toppings for oatmeal: coconut, pepitas, cranberries, etc.

Good stay worth the penny

I love how hidden it is and not as overly crowded. Staff was awesome except when we left. I will stay again though

The shower head sucked I mean it genuinely sucked . More and more hotels use the bigger shower heads except this place and when we’re taking our bags to the car they kept barging in to the room. When check out time was not until 11 am. I know you wanted us to leave but man hold your horses

Convenient stop near SFO airport

New and well-equipped hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Great value for money. Perfect for the last night of our California road trip, as you can reach SFO airport within approximately 45 minutes - depending on traffic.

Very remote location – you always need a car. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special.

It was clean, checked in easy but got in room and toilet wouldn’t flush. Good customer service and gave a new room quickly, but ac didn’t work really well in new room.

There was absolutely no parking! They said ya sorry it’s first come first serve on parking, I asked where should I park? They said I don’t know! Facility should have enough parking for customers.

Absolutely love this hotel in San Jose

Love the one bedroom suites with windows overlooking the bay. It’s such a pretty view with so many birds and jackrabbits.

The croissants were nice the first day, but stale the second day.

It was in a decent location for the Levi’s stadium

The staff double charged me for the room, due to an ‘inexperienced’ employee per the manager. Manager did clear up that the other card we used will be refunded and I hope that will happen.

We loved the breakfast they serve alot of variety with fresh food n drinks. The lobby was spacious & neat .

Great room for the Taylor Swift concert.

The breakfast was fine. Standard hotel breakfast. The sofa and kitchen in the room was a really nice feature.

The TV didn't work at all. The room didn't have a safe. The view was just of the roof and air-conditioner.

In certain rooms, the views of the water is just breathtaking. So beautiful. The rooms are also generally very well-designed with comfort in mind.

In my first room, I had a small issue with my room. I contacted the front desk, and the gentleman helped me sorted into another one very quickly. He was very very apologetic about it and very professional. There is also some noise in the wall from some children running around, but you won’t hear much of the normal people walking-by sounds.
