My name being displayed on the TV upon entering the room was a nice gesture. Parking is great for the price. Great location, very quiet and calm. Breakfast options/area were splendid.

I would've liked there to be complimentary toiletries instead of the reusable bottles in the room. I noticed there was glitter on the floor, water marks on the mirrors and cup ring stains on the kitchen table from previous guests. The silverware in the kitchen was dirty, so had to go get plastic utensils in the breakfast area.

How staff helped to the full extent when I got a little lost with direction he stayed in phone for 2mins to help get me turned around to the right facility not the other location facility.

The room was good and the location

The staff was so rude! First two employees at the front desk helping one customer while we waited over 30 minutes to check in. Once checked in, he gave us our keys with no directions. When we came back to ask where the elevator was, he didnt even look up to acknowledge us, he just pointed towards a hallway. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights, at no point did they clean our room or even ask us if we need towels. I asked for a cart to take my luggage upstairs and front desk just said there is non available, didn’t even attempt to locate one.

Hidden Deposit charges 3-5 days to get money returned. Parking fee not listed. Runny eggs. Terrible late evening clerk with attitude. Previous Hampton Hilton had broken pool and Hot tub and hidden fees as well.

We loved the staff first off! They were all friendly and helpful. Our room was big! The beds were comfortable , the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. We rented our room for one night and were undecided if we were going to go home the next day but decided to stay another night due to the good deal on the room and made a weekend out of our little getaway to San Francisco. Well stay again for sure! Oh...the shampoo , conditioner, body wash and lotion were awesome! Not that cheap hotel soap!

I requested a room not near stairs/elevator because I am a light sleeper and didn’t want to hear all the noise of people coming in and out. I was given the very first room next to the elevator and the building entrances. It was very noisy with people coming in and out and slamming the doors shut as they left. We did not get to sleep early as we wanted to because of the slamming of the entrance doors next to us. The WiFi did not work well for us at all. We weren’t even able to finish a movie on Netflix because the WiFi kept giving us problems and stopping our movie. We had to use our personal phone with our own WiFi to finish our movie.

Sheets had a weird smell. No slippers for the room. No drinking water. Dustbins had no covers, you have yo put them on yourself. Beds are too fragile. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Dishes were dirty.
