Perfect for what I needed.

Close to the Cisco offices. Shuttle Service to Cisco office (a bonus!). Very clean, great breakfast options and nice sitting area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Aside from check in everything else was great.

I love the outside waterfall area. Favorite place in the hotel.

Checking in felt unwelcome. Was not given the information of the continental breakfast or the option of having a house keeper or not. I stayed 2 nights and If the option was give I would have declined the housekeeping service if it meant one room less for them to clean.

we question whether we will ever return to a motel by Marriot.

the location was near where we wanted to go

The clerk who checked us in was rude and provided wrong information about cost and payment. He stated we had not paid already for the room, which we had through Booking .com. He then stated our “Mastercard” was not accepted for payment for deposit. We don’t have a Mastercard and booked through Booking.com. We felt both embarrassed that he announced such an untruth in public, and it was totally false.

Beautiful hotel, check in staff could use more training

Beautiful Hotel, very quite and comfortable. Close to Target which was good for things needed. Had dining services and pool area. Had a large Tv in the lobby with lounge area for guest to enjoy tv.

Staff that checked us in was not very helpful and did not provide any information regarding dinning and hours of operation. She just took payment and gave the room keys. Did not tell us about internet, or pool service even where the elevator was located.

no microwave no bathtub spa closed @ 10 my work event ended at 9:30 so didn’t have time to enjoy the bistro was closed at 9:30 my room was a king with sofabed but they gave me just a king room

We got woken up both nights. 1st night it was screaming and a domestic dispute in the room next to ours. 2nd night it was the room on the other side a man was screaming into his cell phone at 6am in the morning!!

Great hotel

The staff was very friendly. The room was perfect. It was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. My room had a sitting area and a desk. We went a sat in the hot tub and went swimming in the pool. It was so much fun. We both enjoyed our one night stay here. I didn’t have the breakfast which cost but the price for our room was cheap for such a nice place.

I liked everything. The parking lot is right next to a Target store. That can be good but take everything out of the car for safety. I wasn’t too worried. Nice area.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was nice, roomy. Customer service was great. I liked that stores and restaurants were within walking distance.

I thought it was closer to Levis stadium. We saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers, front desk suggested we Uber there because the walk was long and it was hot. We are from Chicago and had never been to the stadium, we assumed from former reviews we could walk back. After the show, we had two choices wait in an overcrowded ride share parking lot with hundreds of people waiting hours for an uber that couldn't reach us because traffic was gridlocked or walk 2+ miles. We walked, but I wouldn't recommend at night. The sidewalk ends and you have to use a bike trail with NO lights, little visibility, wooded on one side blocked on the other...no way to escape once you're on it. We were the only people on it, took a nice jog at midnight, probably not a great idea! We lived to tell the tale, so all is good! In the daytime I'm sure it's safe & convenient.

It is a fairly nice hotel overall.

It was way overpriced, I feel we were scammed as we we charged more than double the normal rate solely due to a nearby event. Also shuttle service was not available as advertised and when questioned about this, the staff were evasive and unhelpful.

Was not my best experience at this precise location.

Target was a few steps away.

My reservation lied to me. I specifically asked for breakfast included. There was a fee so I then decided on a fancier breakfast elsewhere. Especially when trying to get ready to leave at noon check out and cleaning staff was already knocking on my door to see when I’ll be leaving. Rude! It was 10am, checkout is 12pm.
