A noisy, sleepless, and frustrating experience — definitely not worth it.

I checked in at this hotel on June 25th, and around 3 PM, the front desk girl on the right side was extremely rude and had no patience. She assigned me a room with loud mechanical noise that went on all night, making it impossible to sleep. After I reported the issue, she still refused to move me to a quiet room. I even checked three more rooms with a technician, and all had the same problem. This is absolutely not the level of service expected from a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing experience — I will not be returning. Not recommended.

High design and beautiful facility convenient to acces Levi stadium for concerts or games

Beautiful design and right on the VTA train line. Had an attractive gym and pool.

Poor directional signage in the facility so it was hard to find the pool area. Also you and had to pay for parking.

- lovely staff - fashionable appliances - Dyson hairdryer, bathrobes, kettle - very comfortable and big bed - modern decor - bicycles

- bad design of the shower, every time I took a shower it was flooding the floor due to shower doors opening outside and the angle of the shower floor being tilted in a wrong direction, towards the door

Good hotel tarnished by a huge gas wasting piece of 'fire art' in the parking lot.

Good bar, good room with good amenities - strange layout but not a negative really. Picked primarily for the location. Staff were very helpful finding my misplaced jacket - magically appeared on my bed.

There is a huge statement gas fire burning in the parket lot. Is this to make the uber drivers happy? Who thinks this is a good thing to do in this age of climate change

La estética del lugar. Soy arquitecto y valoro los lugares bien diseñados y confortables.

No desayuné en el hotel, me gusta hacerlo en los bares cercanos. Por eso la ubicación me pareció un poco apartada. Pero al estar con auto no me afectó tanto Otra cosa, pensé que el precio incluía el estacionamiento. Pero se me cobró aparte, lo que terminó resultando un valor mayor al esperado.
