Overall pleasant, but beware gotcha fees.

Wonderful location near Moffett Field and the 237 freeway, which allows easy access to the Bay Area.

It wasn't clear when booking that parking isn't included in the room rate. Only $25 breakfast was called out separately. It's also not mentioned this hotel shares the site with a sister hotel, Tetra, and guests from both can use each other's facilities. In particular, breakfast wasn't available Thanksgiving morning at AC Hotel, but was available at Tetra, although at a much higher rate.

Totally fine, not disappointing, but no extra effort was made to make it a nice stay in any way.

Clean, room was fine and ample (with couch, which came in handy). Staff was friendly.

Nothing around but office parks. Swimming pool is small and cold, unattended: hard to get towels. Room was not serviced. Wifi didnt work for my laptop at all. Did not let us check out late "because too many people checking out today" which didnt make sense.

Fire pit was the BEST PART

Loved the welcoming fire pit, my Husband had such a fun time by it last night. Thank you for having this available for guests, it was perfect and even met new people. GO LIONS LOL (STAYED FOR 49ER/LIONS GAME)

Ver comfortable and modern. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Safe parking was a huge plus for my motorcycle.

Location was perfect, amenities were beautiful and very friendly staff. Room was super modern and loved the large mirrors. Black out curtains worked great!

The fridge in the room was not keeping the stuff very cold, could have been a setting or something not sure.

Will not stay and rent again if customer service is bad.

The room smell like smoke. A male attendant/front desk rep assisted us. I ask him if he could switch us because my daughter have asthma but he said that the hotel was full and told us that he can’t switch us. He look like he doesn’t want to help us. We were so tired of the trip so we decided to suck it and spray the room. We were monitoring my daughter to ensure that she will have a problem.
