It's quiet even though it's off of the freeway

This place is disgusting. We're talking everything from dirty mirrors upon entering our room to bathtubs that don't empty. Our coffee pot had a used pod in the water tank. There's holes throughout the building and the toilets flush really loud so if you plan on sleeping and have someone who frequently urinates throughout the night, you're not going to get a wink in. I wouldn't stay here again. It's filthy.

It was comfortable and cozy..had everything we needed and was close by tacos and gas stations for snacks. Good place nice people at the front desk. Breakfast was just ok not great

Low priced hotel, good for a quick stay.

It's a quiet location even though it is near the freeway. The hotel was easy to find with GPS. The lobby and attendant was nice and check in was quick. The rooms are spacious and clean. TV seemed new and had DirecTV service with lots of channels.

This hotel seems to be family owned. There was a pungent smell of food and cooking was I was checking in around 7pm. The odor also filled the hallways for quite a long time. The room's main problems are the toilet makes a strange noise when flushing. All through the night, the HVAC unit kept turning on and off and the sound permeated the walls.

It's a good hotel, but it could use a few improvements to become great.

It was quite easy to register and confirm the reservation. It was also fast and simple checking in at the front desk. The hotel was simple to find on GPS and there was ample parking spaces. The attendant was helpful and quickly checked me in. The room was spacious and smelled quite pleasant on entry. The room was clean and well organized. There was a nice microwave and coffee machine there too.

The few things that could be improved was the carpet could have used a steam cleaning. The toilet made a loud noise every time it flushed. The hot water took a little bit longer than expected. The shower curtain didn't do well to block water from splashing everywhere. The shower itself should be cleaned due to the calcium deposit and hard to change spray styles. Lastly, the air conditioner and heater unit is quite loud when operating.

Location convenient

Not particularly helpful on checking in. Want to charge $50 to check in earlier than 3pm, even within the hour. We arrived at 2.10pm and waited. They absolutely honour the 3pm rule. The reception was full of people waiting, it was game day & people were wanting to drop bags off, park cars &head to the game. Breakfast included in price but closes at 9am when checkout is 11am. It’s only cereal and paper plates/cups but no way can you access the room you are hunted out. I just tried to get a paler bowl and spoon because I had my own cereal in room. Pretty poor service considering it’s a simple gesture and convenience that’s suppose to be included. Room was non smoking but stunk. Other than proximity to 49ers stadium it’s a never again for me.

Affordable & close to Levi Stadium. Convenience of dropping off luggage before check-in. Comfy bed, chairs, and hot shower. Short walk to public transportation.

Room 208 is right next to the ice machine, which is very loud and audible in the room. I immediately advised this room would be unacceptable, and was immediately moved to 224, which was fine. Despite stopping at the desk before leaving for the day, to specifically ask that my room be cleaned, I returned to an unserviced room. As it was too late to have housekeeping service it, I was moved to a clean room; but it was 208. The deskperson advised that he'd turned the ice machine off; but the balcony/window faces a wall and offers no natural sunlight int the room.

Disgusting, Rude, Stay Away.

Bed bugs, dusty room, hair everywhere, smells like mildew, breakfast was stale even though i showed up when they said breakfast starts, staff were rude and insisted I reread the sign about the cleaning fee and smokers fee 3 times during check in, i dont even smoke and they still havent sent my deposit back even though i left the room cleaner than how I found it.

Our staff was wonderful and the staff was really nice.

The hotel was close to the where we were going to have our 2 day retreat so that was great. The staff is great and the place is really quiet and clean.

The breakfast each morning was great. I wish boiled eggs was apart of the menu. I don't know if it is served any other time, but the 2 morning we had breakfast, there was no eggs. There are good options, but having boil egg protein is always good.

The bathroom floor was a little dirty in one area.

We arrived around 2:10 pm and was told if we wanted to check in early (prior to 3 pm) it would be $15. I have never heard of this before. Every hotel I've stayed at will check you in when the room if ready. Anyway, the front person at the desk said we could check us in at 2:30 without charge. So we sat in the front until 2:30 rolled around and checked in without charge.

Quiet motel not far from Convention centre

Stayed here for a nearby conference. It's not terribly far from the Convention Centre but sits slightly awkwardly between two train stops. Room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is next to a small strip mall. Pros - Room was fairly large and quiet, and included both a microwave and an actual mini fridge. I had a view of the pool which looked nice and well-maintained although I didn't have the chance to use it. Breakfast was also included but I didnt try it.

Cons TV in my room didn't work. There's also not much in the surrounding area if you're there for a conference and don't have a car. Also, looking at the prices it seems like the prices were significantly jacked up (2x) specifically for the conference dates.

Supportive staff and clean rooms. The lobby and outside area of the property were very clean and maintained. Breakfast items were also good. The availability of coffee and hot water in the reception area for 24 hrs was amazing.

i liked that it had waffles for breakfast and the room was a good size it was clean and semi updated. There were no protein sources but it did have fruit cereal yogurt and juice. Not too far from great America. I like that it had cable. I liked that it had a gym and pool but did not use it.

the bed was as hard as if I were sleeping on the floor. Made me miss my own and made it hard to fall asleep.
