Good for one person or couple sharing bed. Bad for anyone have to use a pullout

We had to be at the airport before breakfast was ready.

Residence Inn had wonderful accommodations that fulfilled all our needs.

The property was in a safe area. It was updated, clean, and comfortable. It had a full kitchen and central AC/heat. Breakfast had a nice variety of clean ingredients and it was delicious.

The door doesn’t open properly due to old rotten hinges that’s why the card reader malfunctioned. I even called the front desk to send someone to open for us.

Great value for a short stay

Staff was excellent and the Property fit our needs. A few small repair glitches here were there, but the repair people were on it immediately.

The property was very very basic. We did have to get a few things corrected as soon as we got into the room and reported a few other things upon checkout that we thought should be looked at that they would not have naturally seen without being aware of by a guest

Inconvenience turned to a pleasant stay

Property looked well maintained, rooms very spacious and clean. Bed comfy, carpet clean. Ample towels. Wasn’t expecting a refrigerator and stove but I assume for longer stays those are great.

I’m not sure what happened but checkin was at 3 arrived at almost 4 and greeted with a very long line to check in. Over an hour wait to learn that the rooms weren’t done being cleaned. At checkin the girl did comp parking but was also told our room wouldn’t be available until 6. If ready before, it was already about 510, she said she would call. The call never came but luckily I had found the room and asked if it was ready. Receptionist also comped parking but I asked if we would get a reduced rate considering we were missing a concert that started at 5:15 and we didn’t arrive until almost 730 due to still needing to get dressed because we travelled all day and were told we would get x amount of points on our Marriott app and about only 10% of that was actually given. Checkin was just a very big inconvenience and the morning staff doing checkout were very nice and helpful. The grounds were very nice and we wish we had more than just a night to stay as it was the nicest place we stayed on our vacation.

Wonderful stay. Would stay again

The rooms were clean. Provided with free wifi. The kitchen came in handy for us. Used the oven and cleaned dishes with dishwasher. Had extra blankets and pillows for pull out mattress in couch. Breakfast was good.

The sheets had a strong cleaning chemical smell to them. The $20 parking was a little silly.

Sheets and towels were clean

-Mold in water receptacle of coffee pot. Someone didn’t know how to make coffee and placed the coffee pod in wrong area. Housekeeping didn’t notice for a long time; grew mold, we found. Management replaced coffee pot and we did receive “points”, but still very disgusting experience. -Toilet upstairs would run sporadically 24/7, weird and very different noises each time. -Mold (?), dark patch above window sill only visible from upstairs. -Carpet was filthy throughout. Walked in socks from bed to bathroom and socks were dark brown instantly. Had to wear slippers or shoes whole time. I feel the carpets have never been properly cleaned.

I love the room. There’s so many good things to say about this location in this property and the staff. It was clean. The staff are wonderful. Their customer service is A+ from the shower to the bed. everything was great. I knew the breakfast was good from the previous reviews, but it really exceeded my expectations. It’s not like a continental breakfast it is like a full breakfast. The coffee was good. The food was good. A juice was good. It’s not cheap stuff for oatmeal. They had 10 different toppings. They really go all out for the food and it was packed with people. We were able to find us a table at one point we took it back to our room. That just tells you how good the food is. Every single staff member said hi and was polite and courteous and welcoming. That’s a big deal to me. They would go shopping for us if we needed at no extra charge I love the kitchen. It was like a little studio apartment. I didn’t want to leave and come home. If someone asked me to recommend a place in that area, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well, it makes me sad to say but the air conditioner really would not get really cold. It stayed at 76 even though we had it at 64 or it was set at 64. I didn’t call and complain because I just dealt with the 76 but I’m in menopause and I’m more hot than others. I wish there was a hot tub. I wish the pool was bigger.
