Nice, clean room. No elevators for traveling seniors. No baggage service.

The rooms had nice beds and were very clean. The hotel has a nice lobby with a starbucks coffee bar and regular bar.

There are 2 wings with no elevator. I was taking my dad, my aunt and uncle (ages 85, 79, and 91) to a family reunion and had requested 2 first floor rooms close to each other and had received a response confirming we would be granted 2 first floor rooms. When we arrived they only had 1 first floor room and one the second floor with NO ELEVATOR!! A staff member offered to take our luggage but then disappeared. My aunt struggled climbing the stairs. Thankfully we were only staying 1 night. The best the hotel could offer me was a free parking pass. We visit the area often to see family and will not book this hotel again. Nice facilities but they did not honor my very important request.

Dissapointed

I was not reimbursed for my room. About 8 o'clock at night I went to the clerk and let him know that we had no heat and no warm water. He informed me that they've had those problems on the side we were at. I'm going to look into this further but as of now no one has reached me.

Walking distance to Levi Stadium

We stayed at this location on two separate nights (Friday and Sunday). The first night we were given a room in the outdoor garden area which wasn’t a bad location but we were put upstairs and there wasn’t an elevator so we had to carry all of our bags up a flight of stairs. Be aware of that. The room was clean but the noise from the AC vent coming from the bathroom was too noisy and there was a flashing light from the smoke detector that flickered all night. Both were disruptive when we tried to sleep. I knew better the second time so I called ahead and requested a room on the first floor which I received We had no problems with flickering lights or noises from the room. The staff was accommodating and courteous. They even comped our parking for the inconvenience of not having an elevator for their garden area rooms.

There is no elevator to their second floor rooms outside in the garden area. Be aware of that when booking.

Great and comfortable stay.

The cleanliness was my absolute favorite part in the stay. All questions asked were asked in a timely manner. Loved how parking was very accommodating and they had me park in a great area real close to our room.

One thing I did not care for was they do not offer a continental breakfast unfortunately. Breakfast was good from restaurant cafe but again a continental breakfast would be nice. Specially to just grab a coffee and a bagel.

If it's all that's left...

The decor was modern, I guess. The shower was pretty big. Our room looked out on a courtyard, which was nice (but just the luck of the draw). The staff was polite. Nice bar area, and there's a Starbucks counter right next to that.

Found a dried-up piece of Panda Express chicken (or maybe shrimp) right underneath the side edge of the bed. The parts of the floor we could see didn't look recently swept, either. We were expecting a HOTEL room but were bumped out into the side MOTEL annex (maybe those are the types of rooms set aside for Booking and the like?). Horrific entrance if you come from the freeway (better be ready to make a swift right turn NOW!!!), but even worse if you're approaching from the overpass next to the freeway offramp because you have to watch out for the incoming freeway traffic barreling in at 65MPH and then STILL make that sudden right turn. It's not in the best neighborhood, either.

Clean hotel and comfy beds but disappointing breakfast

Room was very clean and bed and pillows were very comfy!

I chose this hotel because it said it came with breakfast. When I asked about it, the person said it didn't so I had to pull up my confirmation email that said "Breakfast included." She said well she could give us more vouchers, but she could only give us two and there were three of us in the four-person suite. I explained that if the room only came with breakfast for two of the occupants, it should say so. She finally gave me three but then the breakfast was pretty bad. Powdered eggs and stale pastries was about it.

Don't stop here. It's not a marriott, it's just a roadside motel. When you book, they don't tell you anywhere that it's just a converted motel. It is not clear from the photographs that almost all the rooms are rooms of a two-story motel with a door to the street. We were given a terrible room near the utility block. There was no elevator. The room was terribly cold. The air conditioner didn't heat up. I asked at the reception how it happened that instead of a hotel maritotte I ended up in a motel. I was offered another room for an additional $30. We moved there. But again. The room was cold. Their stupid heating system doesn't work, but blows cold air. It only made the room feel colder. There are no slippers or bathrobes. How to walk on a cold floor is not clear. Airplanes can be heard clearly from the room. There is no kettle in the room and it is not possible to make tea as if you make it on a coffee machine it will taste like coffee. But there are 2 TVs in the room. Briefly speaking. Don't make my mistake. Don't stay at this hotel. This is no marriott. It's an overpriced roadside motel. Bypass. well, it’s worth saying that a strange breakfast system awaits you, where you have to stand in line and choose one thing. For example if you want orange juice and coffee, it's not possible. No cappuccino. Just “regular” coffee. This is the first time I've come across such an inconvenient system in America.

great stay except for the non-working AC and maintenance guy who couldn’t fix it.

great location, value and staff were very friendly

one of the rooms, the AC wasn’t working, so front desk called a maintenance guy. The maintenance guy basically said, it was on heater (which I did turn it down but the room didn’t cool down). He said just turn the ac/heater off, and the temperature outdoor is cool, so room will cool down. So yeah, he didn’t fix it, and we just didn’t want to argue and move to a different room, so we just opened the window all night.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great price, no parking fee, great location for our needs.. I loved the number of TV's in the restaurant/ bar area, plenty of seating. Best shower in any hotel I've ever stayed at in my life time.
