It was a comfortable but very expensive stay.

Location is near Levi’s Stadium.

At almost $1.000 per night, I expected free breakfasts. The breakfast receipt said we’re being charged only for gratuities, but we were charged for breakfast, too. Our room was not cleaned after our first night.

A pleasant hotel though would avoid breakfast next time

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, food at the bar was great.

The breakfast was basic, and daylight robbery at $31.95. No machine coffee, no fried eggs, none of the baked goods freshly baked. It was completely self-serve so being expected to add 20% tip for service was the icing on the cake. I skipped it on the last day and opted for breakfast elsewhere.

Overall we had a great stay in this wonderful hotel but I was looking forward to the hot tub.

I had stayed here with my friend/coworker for a wedding that was nearby and we had a pretty good experience, we had a very nice spacious clean room. theres an extra plus for the blackout curtains and nice bathroom.

There wasn’t anything too bad, but the hot tub didn’t have any bubbles and it was barely even warm. Also having to pay to park, I know it comes along with having a car but it should already be included in the price.

A relaxing much needed stay.

The property was clean. The amenities were nice!! The location was perfect.

The bathroom was small, my fiancé is a big man so it wasn’t too ideal for him. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Won’t be treated the same for traveling as a family versus business

It was a spacious room and we enjoyed the family pool and hours it was open.

Upon check in the front desk were very judgy as we were traveling with a baby and gave us rude and uncomfortable looks, we were treated poorly compared to other guests checking in; suits and business travel where we checked in for our anniversary and a family trip.

Wished I was updated with things that were not properly working before my stay!

I was very disappointed on how it said heated pool and jacuzzi main reason why I decided to stay at this hotel yet neither one was working,pool was dirty filled with r dirt and leaves. I also requested a few days before my stay a crib which I didn't received approval before or even after my stay! I was very disappointed. My kids were also asked by Staff which room they were in not sure why it was a question but staff needs to be more friendly.

Person at check in seemed short and annoyed that I had requested 1 hr early check in, (she could have said early check in wasn’t available and spared me her attitude) over the phone when I requested it she said it would be $30 extra to check in early, when I got there she said it would be $50, when I reminded her she had said $30, she then told me “ok, I’ll give you a discount, but you need to pay $20, parking” I felt I wasn’t sure if that was her way to hike it to $50 either way since I wasn’t told that you pay for parking till I arrived. Most places I’ve stayed do not charge for parking but I’m assuming that they would tell you + charge for any parking payment upfront. Didn’t like professionalism on that interaction, not even sure if they charge for parking or if she clowned me about it because of her demeanor. I wasn’t asking for a discount I just needed her to charge me what we had agreed on so I felt like I haggled but was ripped off at the same time.. just weird.

Dissapointed but the rooms are great

Great room, great robes!

In the Spa was way too much chlorine. My bathing suit and my ring got destroyed and we were itchy. We told the receptionist about it and he did nothing about it. Then we wanted to sleep in but the leaf blazers started at 8am and not stopped until 9.30 am. The bartender was really unprofessional and was wondering why we booked in this hotel “because there are a lot of nicer hotels nearby” As we wanted to chill for the last two days of our roadtrip and we couldnt swim anymore, we wanted to leave. The hotel manager took the responsibility and took care of everything. Very happy with that! Thank you. But we would not recommend it as a stay for a couple.

The staff didn’t know what he was doing and gave us a key to somebody else’s room!!!!! So I walked in a a father and son!!!!!! I was traumatized!!!!! Never has this happened before and the manager blamed it on booking .com. So he didn’t take any kind of responsibility on me walking in on a family!!!!!! We didn’t get any kind of apology. They just blamed it on the company. Like booking .com gave us the same rooms!!!!! I was sooooooooo embarrassed and nauseous !!!!!

Nice place for the money, but right on the Hwy

The property is nice and new. The pool area is a definite plus! The rooms are spacious. They are divided into a living room/office and a bedroom with the sink area as the hallway to the bedroom and the toilet/shower behind 2 closed doors. Bed was comfortable, the room flowed well. There were blackout shades and large screen tv’s in both the living room and bedroom. We asked to see what the hotel would charge if we booked through them and not through booking.com and were told $280. The booking mobile app for us the room for $148. Love it!

The sound of the 101 was ridiculously loud. Maybe that’s why our room was half price? The blackout shade in the bedroom let in large cracks of light. The pillows were huge, like 2 pillows stuffed into one with no other pillow options. We’ve stayed at many Hyatt’s and never experienced pillows like this before. Parking was $20 a night
