This is truly a quality property. Feels like it should be in Europe.
That I couldn’t check in even a few minutes early. I would have preferred plain yogurt rather than the little containers of fruity kind. Marvelous breakfast otherwise. Lots of fresh fruit.

Staff is always very nice and welcoming. Very clean rooms. Breakfast always very good with great selection.
Would like a microwave, extra blanket, and 10x mirror in all rooms. Not always included so it is hard to know what to expect/bring on my own. Would love softer sheets too.

Overall good value. Clean room and facilities.
Complimentary breakfast needs some improvement.

Convenient walking distance to high end restaurants. Close to shopping centers. Very scenic area to walk around. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooms feel much more spacious than I first assumed.
When the weather gets very cold, the heating system can't seem to keep up. Some of the staff can have very thick accents making it difficult to understand or otherwise.

The hotel was very spacious and the location was close enough to Apple headquarters (not Apple Park) that I could walk. The area felt extremely safe and drivers were amazing curteous to pedestrians. If you have business at Apple Park it is a very comfortable and close 10 to 15 minute walk. If you're going to Infinite Loop, where I went, it's a good 30 to 40 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. ;-)
My only small complaint about this property was that the individual staying in the room above me was up VERY early in the morning walking around like Godzilla with abnormally loud steps. There were some construction workers staying in the hotel, possibly assigned to a large construction project I saw underway close by. It's not appropriate of me to assume but I can't help it might have been one of them getting up and read to head out for work. The building, while clean and presentable, may be a bit older and the floors relayed his heavy footsteps through to my room more than would have been ideal. The fact that I was jet-lagged and unable to get into deep sleep probably contributed as well.

The room was very spacious and comfy at the same time. I like having a dressing area and counter space and kettle to prepare tea. The bed was nice.
There was no hairdryer (that I could find). This was probably an oversight. Pillows were kind of crazy large so I didn't use them.

The room is huge! And very cozy!
The lobby …. Too outdated…. Looked like very old… but the rooms were better than expected … the pillows were not as comfortable…

I loved how cozy and clean it is, specially for as a couple we enjoyed it. Loved how spacious the room is. We definitely will be coming back. Lots of restaurants down the street. Clean bathrooms has everything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer can open windows for fresh air so cute.
The bed was semi hard for me… but that’s all everything else was fantastic

Great location in a lovely area—just minutes from shopping centers and restaurants. Free and plentiful parking is a big plus.
The facilities are quite outdated and definitely in need of an upgrade. Finding our room was frustrating due to the lack of clear signage, which had us walking in a circle. Once inside, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the light switches were visibly dirty. The overall atmosphere felt dreary and far from warm or welcoming. While the price was inexpensive for a one-night stay, the experience left much to be desired. The staff were professional but lacked warmth and friendliness, making the overall experience feel unwelcoming. I would not stay here again —even for a short visit.

The hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the breakfast. The staff were polite. Having a small kitchen in the room was also very convenient for us.
Having the check-in time at 4 PM is incredibly late. I, along with many others, came for the Metallica concert, and I think this check-in time is just too late. I definitely didn’t like that. Also, the $100 deposit felt excessive. We had already paid for the hotel, so having to pay an extra $100 was not something I appreciated.

Convenience. Walkable to Main St and offices. Plenty of eating options. Room was clean and comfortable.

Location is great! It's right off the freeway and the front parking lot was very safe for our Tesla. Check-in was nice because I arrived past 10pm. Checkout is also a good time: 11:30am. Room service was on top of it. They serve complimentary breakfast which is also helpful. We even bought some towels from this hotel because they're 100% Cotton!
The rooms felt outdated and not clean. Are the rugs vacuumed?
The breakfast had limited vegan options. Thankfully, they provided oatmeal one day and I was able to add slivered almonds, bananas, and strawberries (strawberries aren't daily though). Maybe you could provide soy milk, olive oil, milled flaxseed, whole almonds and walnuts, chia seeds, and protein bars that don't have milk, eggs, or gelatin in them for more vegan options :)

This was a beautiful hotel, that was well renovated and had some super comfy beds and a great shower with good water pressure. Good amount of space, and overall a very cozy room. Free parking here is such a great addition, and I truly wish more hotels offered it. Additionally, the free breakfast in the morning was stellar, and even with the egg shortage/inflation they managed to provide other options that were delicious. Nice staff too!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. They had a huge assortment, like scrambled eggs, bacon, toast station, fresh fruits, cereals, etc. The room was perfect. Large comfortable king bed, with enough room for suitcases. The bathroom was nice with both tub and shower. Room was also equipped with a small coffee maker an kettle.
Staff at front counter seemed reluctant to engage with guests and didn't have much experience or suggestions for the types of activities we were interested in, like hiking. They were very quiet, but did assist when we had to phone down for towels one night.

The property was alright. It was nice that they offered 24 hour check in because we arrived around 1am. When I asked for a late check out he offered an additional 30 min past check out time, which I thought was pretty lame. Typically it’s an hour at any other location I’ve ever stayed and we got there so late and it wasn’t cheap.
I checked in and the process was quick and easy until me and my boyfriend and the other couple we were with came in and walked towards the elevator past the front desk. The associate that checked me in yelled across the lobby. “Excuse me your reservation was for 2 people” I thought he was joking at first to be honest. And one of the guys said back “ don’t worry just taking up the bags” and we all giggled and went upstairs to our two bed suite. But they called the room and told me again that the reservation was for 2. Then I realized this dude was serious. I asked ok how much is 2 additional guests. He told me it would be 35 a person. Which is outrageous as far as I’m concerned. We needed no extra accommodations or anything. We still had the same 2 bed suite as I just bought the night to stay in. The only difference was there was another couple that would sleep in the extra bed that was already in the room. So now we’re up to almost 400 dollars not including the 100 deposit. I wouldn’t have never stayed there for that price . It was completely overpriced for the room. Well at least there was free breakfast right? They had the usual eggs and bacon and green beans and cocktail wieners. Green beans? Cold cocktail Wieners? WTH? You think for how overpriced the rooms were that they could at least afford potatoes or the standard waffle iron that they provide at sure stay or la Quinta. For that price , won’t be back, unless your staying by yourself be prepared to break the bank at this place . Not happy. Oh one last thing….and the bathroom had a glass door so you got to watch each other doing their business. Romantic. And I walked into it in the middle of the night when I went to pee, cause who the heck has a clear bathroom door. It was funny but it also hurt. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of.

I didn’t have any complaints. I think it was excellent for what I was paying.

Very convenient location - short (5-10 mins) walking distance to multiple coffee and boba shops, restaurants, and other eateries.
Overall, the rooms are very well maintained, but room service could be improved or needs to use a checklist when servicing rooms so key cleaning tasks are not forgotten. After our second night at the hotel a dirty meal tray that was left on our counter was not picked up by room service. The work counter was not wiped down. Trash bags were not taken out. The carpet was not vacuumed.

Breakfast was good with different things to chose from. The service is very friendly. You can park your car at the back of the hotel, free of charge. But there is also a good bus connection on the street. Main Street is not far away with good restaurants (the hotel itself does not have one) and Apple buildings are really near. The rooms are a mixture of modern and vintage, and are clean.
The refrigerator in the room is very loud. And why is the inner yard closed? It could be a nice space just to sit there (though it could be a problem with the adjacent rooms, especially in the evening or night, so having it closed then is probably good).
