Comfortable and efficient

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy.

Free parking would have been better. It was a parking lot on the street with no security.

Location was great…close to Levi Stadium. Staff was friendly

We noticed the next morning, that there was water dripping from the ceiling. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. It was determined that it must’ve been coming from the ac unit above us. After a while, front desk told us we could move to a room in another building. We were headed out for the game and decided that if we were to pack everything up to move, we might as well just check our bags in the lobby and go home after the game. Front desk said they wouldn’t charge us for the second night and they wouldn’t charge us for the parking, that day. Apparently, you all didn’t get the memo…as there’s not been a refund of the second night and the hotel directly charged us for the parking. I thought they would’ve communicated to you, but nothing was done. Have to make a reservation for Santa Barbara, but don’t want to do this until this matter gets cleared up. Thank you

Fantastic place to stay!!

We loved this hotel!! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are updated and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pool was refreshing!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The location was perfect for events at Levi's stadium, not too bad of a walk! Room was clean and cozy met our expectations.

Alright but not worth the deposit I paid.

I like that the location was near where I wanted to go. The pool ans outdoor area looked pretty good to though I didn't use it. I also enjoyed the fact the Starbucks was connected to the hotel.

Cleanliness was debatable. Unfortunately we had a couple of run ins with roaches. One on the way to the elevator and one inside the elevator. House cleaning skipped our room one day and on the last day they didn't do a good job. It was not worth the $300 deposit I had to pay.

I had such a great stay at this cute little hotel! The building has an old-world charm, but the rooms are remodeled well, and I found it to be clean and comforatable. The WiFi was strong and reliable, which was a huge plus. The vibe of the place is fun and inviting, with a great mix of modern touches in a charming setting. The gym was well-equipped, and the cafe on-site was perfect for grabbing a bite or coffee in a cozy atmosphere. There's even a Starbucks attached for an extra caffeine boost! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Overall, a lovely spot with great amenities—I’ll definitely be back!
