Terrible system for checking in. No breakfast or coffee.

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean, shower was nice.

We had reserved the room for late arrival. When we arrived close to midnight, we had to go through an automated process. Someone buzzed us into the tiny lobby, but no one was onsite to help us. There was a kiosk with a remote person trying to help us check in via video. The whole process took forever. I have a disability and couldn’t stand for very ling, so we had to bring in a camping chair from the car so I could have a place to sit. We just wanted to check in and go to bed. Their system wasn’t accepting my debit card even though funds were available. It was a very unpleasant experience. The next morning there was no coffee or breakfast.

Everything: bed n’ box with cheap worn mattress very uncomfortable, had to leave sort neck and back, room not clean, air-conditioner didn’t work, no house cleaning and never any staff available.

Nice room for short stay

I liked that it was close to Stadium was a 12 minute uber ride away. It was clean and quiet. I did appreciate the water pressure being high 👌 My only complaint is bed was ultra squeaky and loud. If you move around it makes loud noises.

WiFi was veryyyy flaky. Couldn’t get a stable connection and was unable to complete work. Kept calling staff which ultimately avoided my calls. Very rude. First and last stay here.

The whole property felt like a motel 6. Smell is strong of cleaning chemicals and the WiFi was terrible. The phone did not work to contact front desk and the tv was also bad. Just hated the place it was so depressing.

staff make everithing difficult, my girlfriend had a knee surgery and she had to be walking downstairs multiple times when we already agree for her to get the keys, the lady at the desk so unprofessional , the manager was so nice but Im not happy with the lady at the desk I wouldn't go again because of her. I had to go in the middle of an important meeting for my Gf to be able to enter the property .

1. The bed was so uncomfortable. Actually I have a lower back pain now after sleeping for 5 days there. 2. I asked them to clean our room but they didn’t clean it and just took the tip. And zoom front desk person said just sorry. But they cleaned the room next day.

We stayed here because we were wanting a place to stay while we visited our family in San Jose. This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The check in process was very modern and easy to use. We had a good night sleep and would definitely stay here again.

everything was great, the bed was massive and comfortable, the area was nice, close to Winchester house and a mall, as well as some other spots.

I didn’t like how it wasn’t mentioned beforehand, that we would have to pay 100 deposit. we had already did the math regarding how much we would spend including the places so what would have happened if we didn’t have the money? they wouldn’t let us in? we almost didn’t have it so that bugs me that it wasn’t mentioned, and if it was, I assume we didn’t see it, but if it was mentioned maybe make it stand out more so people know. also the way they had the rn plugged in, we couldn’t watch tv without the light being on.
