No frills, but a clean room, friendly staff and no bugs. I recently stayed at a Spark (by Hilton) - just a few minutes away from this Super 8 - and I saw two (2) different cockroaches in my room at Spark. This is my fifth (5th) time staying at this Super 8 and I have never seen a bug anywhere on the property.

Room did not have a microwave or refrigerator, no hand towels or washcloth. The room smelled. It was like someone was smoking in the room. Even after i called the front office to have someone bring air freshner the smell persisted. Requested a room change but noone got back to me or checl

Easy to park but there were some suspicious people outside. The door has two locks that should be locked at all time for your safety, tho. Clean, nice rooms. Quiet. Slept well. Bathroom fan was very noisy!

Yes room needs alot of work. First room i got tv was broken. Then switched rooms and tv worked but was very dim like picture tube was going. Asked maintenance to check it out. And nothing. Had to watch tv from my tablet. Not good.

The first two days I had no key. I had to have the employees let me into my room. Then when I checked out a rude employee wouldn’t print me a receipt.

Staff were friendly and nice, but there was no keys for the first two days of the stay - and then on my last day there was a homeless guy in the laundry room who was v inappropriate and I heard him knocking at doors to 'hang out' with people after. This isn't the hotels fault - but perhaps better security would be good as I felt v unsafe travelling alone.

This hotel was the worst one I’ve ever stayed. No coffee on Saturday and no hot water for tea. The cleaning service was poor, when we asked for a second wash cloth the next day they were resistant.

Had an unpleasant encounter with another individual. Did not sleep there the first night because did not feel safe after that. Luckily I am very aware of my surroundings and how to deal with those situations.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean but the smell of cleaning products was pretty intense at first. It's a cell phone dead zone (on the bottom floor at least) The bed was not comfortable. You could feel the springs in the bed. Overall, you get what you pay for. It met my needs financially and was overall decent. Free coffee at 7am was a perk. Pun intended :)
