Starting to look a little run down.

Rooms are a little dated. Caulking around the shower looks really cheap. Chipped porcelain bathroom sink. Walls not very professionally treated.

Property needs some maintenance and a refresh in many rooms.

Price is the only thing it has going for it

Price

No iron. Then the bone they brought had a sticky burnt spot which ruined my shirt. No soap in the shower. There was lotion installed instead. Carpets filthy in hallway

Don't Expect Much...Very Basic, No Frills

Location was reasonably near Levi's Stadium. Shower was good. Quiet for our one night.

Hard beds, unattractive and worn furniture. Vending machine outside of office would not take bills. Pretty old and dated property.

The shower didn’t work. It would turn on, but the handle was broken so I couldn’t adjust the temperature. The water was coming out cold so I couldn’t have a shower. I told the man at the front desk and he said he would tell the manager. I asked for a discount since I had paid for a room with a shower and I didn’t get a shower. And he told me I could get a discount off my next day. And I said well that’s not fair, I should get a discount for this stay. And he wouldn’t offer one. Very annoying to have a room with no shower.

Stay was fair good. Proximity to conference at Santa Clara Conference Centre. Somehow, the property has a fair price as compared with the nearby hotels

very convenient for a place to stay for the night off I-5, but the room was shabby and red blood like stain on the outside of the bath near the toilet was off putting to say the least

I was upgraded to a 'larger' room for the same price so I could check in early, with no change in price. Very kind of them.

Older, but very good

Video checkin receptionist when checkining in around 1030pm, smooth and easy, got room on 2nd level as requested hoping for a good sleep. But hotel is clean and has some charming festures given its alittle older. Decent wifi and desk in room. Excellent locstion. Evening and morning receptionists were very friendly, thank you!

They advertised breakfast that didn't offered

The room was not very big but enough. It was ok and what we expected for the price we paid. Clean enough and comfortable. Parking available outside. Check-in/out process was fast.

They advertised themselves as having "breakfast included" as part of the booking. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel instead of other options, so it felt like a scam. They said they stopped offering breakfast in January, given the booking was in late April for early May, we think they had enough time to update their listing in booking.com.

Great staff and you can request cooking stove and pots and plates so that’s great but the price is a little high considering you can get a lot nicer places for like $20 more.

May have been bitten by bed bugs. I might think twice before staying, however the staff was friendly

It was a cheap room, however since I experienced what is thought to be bed bugs, I might consider staying elsewhere from now and this is my second time staying. Please have staff deep clean the rooms. It will save time and money in the long run.

I may have been bitten by bed bugs. I noticed in the morning I had multiple bites around my chest area that are patterned just like bed bug bites compared to a mosquito (multiple bites in a zig zag patterned closed together). The staff and everything is excellent but I think they should do a deep clean of each room because it will save time and money in the long run. It sucks because I enjoyed my stay and the location and staff are super nice, however I’m wary now because of my last experience.

The attending staff were grossly unqualified, unintelligent, and despicable in representing the franchise and corporate entity. I was appalled by their treatment of me as a senior professional. There will be notifications issued discouraging corporate and client patronage at Granada Inn, Santa Clara, CA

Your employees were reprehensible. Intel will never be there again! Know that!!

Hallway smelled of weed. Couldn’t get into my room. They didn’t have another room available. I had to cancel and go somewhere else.

Nothing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Dirty rooms, extreme noise, troublesome AC, terrific stay! Room 156 must be the worst one, I was not able to sleep due to squeaky flooring and constantly banging doors, AC works for only 2 -3 minutes and then goes off completely dead, rooms were dirty, I found a half used shampoo bottle in the cabinet. After staying in hundreds of hotels, I am surprised of the conditions. I tried to change my room, no one to be found at the lobby after 12 AM.

A clean, cosy and safe place for a short stay.

Location was good. The rooms were clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was too minimalistic and I really wouldn't call it a proper breakfast. There were no eggs, or juices, or adequate fruits. On checking in they asked for a security deposit despite making the full payment at check in. Though it was refunded after check out, it wasn't a friendly gesture.
