The staff was courteous. The shower heads are a little low for a person over 5ft.10" tall. Beds were a little lumpy. Some of the staff couldn't understand English very well. Otherwise, things were ok.

Was not able to cancel my reservations a week in advance because hotel said it was black out days. Ridiculous since they would hv made that money back easily since it was Super Bowl weekend. Even purchased extra

The hotel smelled musty, with hints of cigarette smoke throughout. The staff was lovely, but the place needs major renovations to be worth $400 / night.

The building was older and the deluxe room which was supposed to be better and slightly more expensive than standard was a bit shabby. Square pillows not comfy. But the sheets and towels seemed clean. Bathroom older but clean. No bad odor in room. Did not use tv or coffee machine. It was fine for one night.

The hotel does not have any staff at night. There's a kiosk that turns on, and a person in another country handles the check-in via video call. It seems neat, but who will help the guest when something happens at night? Wait until the morning when the staff comes in during business hours? They only clean the rooms twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

I was very misled based off Expedia reviews. This place was a dump! We only chose it because it was close to the airport. We felt very unsafe but unfortunately all hotels were sold out and we had nowhere else to go. The rooms were grimey, very noisey, and the doors didn't have safety latches we put furniture in front of the doors at night.

The front desk. The people working the front desk are amazing!!

After-hours front desk is a kiosk with staff available only via video call. No issue checking-in using the kiosk. Overnight housekeeping needs had to wait until 6-8am, when staff arrives on-site. Hallways and exterior of the building wasn't impressive, but inside the room is very clean. No stains on sheets, equipment and furniture are relatively new as well. Great experience, especially for this price.

My stay at Granada Inn was ver good! Easy check in when I arrived and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room itself was cozy and clean with everything I needed. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance which was a plus!
