I didn't like the way they had the vehicle entrance blocked they were making customers go through the exit side in which it was very unsafe. I ended hitting my vehicle in one of the barriers and damaged my vehicle.

This place was disgusting Had roaches and the bed had huge pee marking all of the bed and then when I told the front desk they try to say it was me and I was gonna have to pay the damage charges this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Worst Stay in a While

The only thing that was good was the location.

I was very disappointed by the quality of the room. We were on the ground floor, and there were bugs in the bathtub, broken furniture, broken curtains, and poorly patched holes in the walls of the bathroom. I was also supposed to receive breakfast included with the stay, but was not informed where and when it would happen until check out, which happened a full hour sooner than I was told at check in. If I had needed to stay more than one night for a wedding, I would have cancelled my reservation upon seeing the room. I had a horrible experience staying here, and will not recommend it to anyone.

It was reasonably priced and close to where we were visiting.

The walls are so thin that we could hear people and kids banging around sounding like they were bouncing off the walls and music blaring until well past 330am. I did inform the staff, but nothing was done to quiet things down.

Free breakfast room with TV and board games, great housekeeping, helpful staff, and laundry room. What more could you ask for? It exceeded my expectations for my first hostel experience.

My stay experience overall was average.

Breakfast was average. Loved the fresh waffles! Dinner area is kind of small so you don’t have much room to sit and your not allowed to take food to your room.

Need bigger dining area and the hotel is getting remodeled and their staff didn’t work on weekend so the room wasn’t cleaned for the next day.

There was no parking the hotel is under construction so a lot of equipment is taking up parking spaces I had to park my car in a area around the hotel and walk to our room at night time… it’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t gave back the deposit or even attempted to send it back .

It was decent and would book again staff was amazing!!

Staff was awesome nice friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included with booking & Very convenient, walking distance with everything near by no need to rent car.. used uber couple times saved alot of money that way.

The room carpet was super old at parts shifted moved had stains everywhere and extremely dirty so we kept our shoes/slippers on while walking around room. Paint on the walls some parts was peeled but The rest of the room was clean though. Bedding was ok they are a bit warn down and etc. it worked out for our stay tho.

Expected my worse after reading reviews, in reality clean, odor free, comfy bed, decent breakfast, spacious parking. No issues whatsoever. Stayed 3 nights for a concert weekend and was super happy with my choice. Good value. Extra bonus - bus 57 to Levi’s stadium stops just around the corner.

Quality Inn Santa Clara, no journey too small, come as a stranger and come back again.

I got surprised with an extra suite. The sink and bathroom counter was so beautiful and classy. I took a hot bath first thing and the water was scorching hot. I especially loved the vending machines right outside my door with the Diet Coke, I had two. It was quiet and parties are not permitted. The other guests were respectful. Breakfast was as usually good being Quality Inn but they even had tater tots. It was especially nice to relax in the cool AC and clean bed after a long adventure through the Bay Area. I felt refreshed and ready for the journey home. Two thumbs up. I’ll be back.

I do love the price and have always had such great customer service from the front desk when I have visited.

The bathroom door would not close, the outlets by the beds did not hold my charger it is brand new so should not have had staying in the outlet. So my phone did not charge right the whole time. The microwave did not seem to heat up well. I had to keep adding time to get my food warmed up all the way. The people above me sounded like they were remodeling or something they were loud moving and hammering😖
