I want my money back because the room had a bunch of cockroach just crawling all over us

Clean and comfortable place

We liked the comfortable beds and the clean establishment as well as the breakfast.

The elevator in the rear was not working so had to go all the way to the front and walk to the back of the hotel. Also, we had trouble getting the room that was on my booking, but managed to get something similar. The clerk told me I should really watch with third party sites. I haven't had the issue before though.

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. Great for a night or two.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room booked was listed incorrectly, so the staff moved us to a room that worked for our family. Breakfast was also great! Good protein choices.

Booking.com stated that the Queen "disabled" room had a pull-out couch. It did not, and none of the accessible rooms have pull-out couches. This is false and needs to be fixed.

The location was excellent. It is near sporting events, food, and shopping.

We stayed at the hotel while attending a music concert at Levi Stadium. The hotel was sold out and the only had one attendant working during check-in. The line was out the door. The attendant did a great job, management needed to plan better.

Breakfast was great with a variety of choices kept at sufficient temperatures. Cleanliness and utilities of the room was great as well. Friendly front desk service and easy check-in and check-out process.

Very nice place at a good price

Great location, great price. Room was big, well appointed, was on the first floor, as we requested. Newer furniture, paint, etc.--very nice place. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was compared to other places we have stayed in the area.

would like breakfast to be served until 10am. We missed it. Would like better shower pressure. Shower was slippery. Girl at front desk was kind of rude, but all other employees were great.

I’m 83 years old and have a bad back. Those doors to the rooms were the heaviest doors of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And a night light in the rooms would be good for safety. Otherwise, very pleased with stay.

Receptionist wasn’t really helpful, I asked her if possible to accommodate my check in time but wouldn’t care to even try, said they have strict check in policy at 3pm, I arrived at the hotel at 1pm, probably enough time to have a room available but said the room was not ready without even checking out, she seemed very strict. She only allowed me to leave my 2 pieces of luggage but when I asked her if it was possible to get something from it she seemed annoyed that she had to go back and get it. She needs to work on customer service. There was a guy who helped check out, he was nice and attentive though. Also didn’t like the fact that 9:30 am and the breakfast room was out of certain items. Probably the most disappointing was the schedule of the pool, 10am-10pm, I wasn’t able to get in the pool since check out was 11am, that doesn’t make any sense.

It served its purpose.

The breakfast was good as usual I enjoy it. The location of the hotel is all right not so bad. The room mixed up was not what I expected. I ended up sleeping on a sofa bed instead of in bed when I ordered two queen size beds and we were given a double bed and that was it. So I called the front desk and told them I specifically said to queen beds two people were not Partners were friends.

The fact that they got my reservation mixed up. I ordered one room to queen size beds I bring my friend there for a doctor's appointments at Kaiser we're not sleeping partners we're not anything but friends and we ended up with a king size bed and a sofa sleeper and a sofa sleeper was uncomfortable.
