Despite the advertised 3pm check in the rooms were not ready! The check in process was way too long… There is NO BREAKFAST served here! Offering cereal does not count for continental breakfast! As a matter of fact I want my money back! The reviews definitely were fake about this property. There was no buffet breakfast served at all. The check-in was a headache. I mean the cleanliness I cannot tell enough how not cleanliness or clean this property was. I cannot tell enough, how bad the rooms, the conditions, the cleanliness overall the rooms and the property was

Relatively clean when we arrived but housekeeping is only after 3 days. No shower curtain - only a dirty,ripped, well used shower liner. Shower head barely works. Two well used towels with a sign that warns additional charge for stain on towels. Carpet looks like 60 yrs old. Business was touted as newly renovated!

Property is quiet and close to many restaurants. The room is decent and they provide light breakfast such as instant noodle, breakfast sandwich, instant oatmeal. The room looks old, but clean and they provide full amenities such as coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. They have laundry service on site too. For the price, I would stay here again for my next business trip.

Room Clean for initial presentation. Bed had not blanket. Cold, heater did not work. Call front desk- offered no blanket or resolve for no heat or no blanket. This place is a dive. I went off the reviews which were pretty good. I am not sure why anyone would give this place a 10/10, because it is awful. A place can be dated as long as everything works and the staff is good. The staff was friendly enough but did not take my complaints serious. In fact they several showed to fix anything. The TV was stuck on one ministry channel, the tub lock to take a shower was broken, barely any water came out of the shower head. The furniture is old and beat up/broken. It is like they picked up the furniture from the roadside with a free sign. The bed was ok, it wasn't as clean as it should be, it was very noisy and no one was at the front desk to direct me to the supposed breakfast they offer. Over all a terrible place and for $115.00 a night it should be better. I don't recommend this place at all. Motel 6 or Super 8 is better than this place.

There were two serious problems with this property. The first was that the air conditioning and the heating was attached to the corner of the ceiling, so you would need a ladder to reach it. The manager tells me it's a manual system. But the worst thing about it was was that the parking lot was lit up with extremely bright lighting that went right through the shutters. Unfortunately, the shutters did not block the light from coming in the room. The manager came in, and put a blanket over half of the window. The room was still lit up and I wasn't able to sleep. The Manager said every room has parking lot lights going through the room, so it wouldn't help to switch.

The first night I was going to bed, I smelled something unpleasant, like a mix of sweat and body odor. First I thought it's the bed sheet. After I roll up part of the sheet, I can still smell it. It's from the matress. AC remote doesn't work. Bugs can fly into the bathroom. I don't recommend anyone to stay here if you have other options.

Unfortunately, my stay there was not as expected. The lady at check in was very nice. Asked where the ice machine was, it wasn't working, go figure. On initial entrance into the room and opening the bathroom door, the smell of mold was overwhelming! The air-conditioning unit on the wall was old and dirty, the ceiling by the unit had black spots all over. One channel only on the TV, Dr. Phil. The shower walls definitely were not clean, hair from another guest. The outlets in the vanity area wouldn't hold the plug in the wall. It was all around dirty. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Even if it's just for one night.

The hotel is located extremely close to the freeway, which made the room very noisy. It was nearly impossible to sleep, and this caused me significant stress and discomfort. Because of the poor rest, I even considered changing hotels after the first night. Despite only staying for one night, I was charged for all three nights of my reservation. I understand there may be a cancellation policy in place, but in this case, I was the guest directly affected by the unacceptable noise conditions. I believe it was unfair that I had to pay for two additional nights I did not use. The overall service during my stay was unsatisfactory. Rather than trying to accommodate my situation, the staff simply referred to the cancellation policy. This felt unhelpful and inconsiderate. In summary, I had a very unpleasant stay. While the hotel may not be the worst option for some travelers, it is definitely not suitable for those who are sensitive to noise
