A mirror that fell on its own, even though I didn't touch it

I was sitting inside watching TV when suddenly there was a noise. The mirror fell to the floor. And even though I informed them about it and didn't touch the mirror, they charged double the deposit from my account

A hotel where housekeepers don't clean

The hotel reception staff did a great job. The explanation was thorough and the problem was resolved the next day (delayed drainage).

When I arrived at the room, the floor (carpet) was rough and there were things like sweets on the floor. The next morning, I had left a sign asking for the room to be cleaned, but it had not been cleaned. The same thing happened the next day.

I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the experience lived during the process of leaving my stay at your hotel. According to hotel rules, check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. However, from approximately 9:00 a.m. we began to receive multiple calls to the room, which were insistent and made in a disrespectful tone, which was uncomfortable and out of place, considering that we were still within the allowed time. Additionally, when leaving to deliver the room, a staff lady was waiting at the door to receive the keys. Unfortunately, the treatment received was impolite and unprofessional, which left a very bad impression and does not correspond to the level of service expected from a hotel. Due to this experience, I do not recommend this hotel at all, since the treatment received was inappropriate and disrespectful towards the guests. I consider it important that this type of situation be reviewed, since customer service is essential for a satisfactory experience.

The room was clean and very spacious. Nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was very quiet on both days and nights. Excellent location. Close to many places to eat and shop. The lady at the front desk was very helpful getting me situated.

The room was not very clean. Baseboards in bathroom were either dirty or moldy. The plug for the dryer was broken and shocked me when I plugged it in. Loose plugs wouldn't hold my phone charger well.

Nothing was positively noticeable at this hotel during my stay.

Unfriendly staff upon arrival, unidentifiable odor upon entering room, broken toilet, outdated property and appliances, tv did not work, toiletries were reused from previous guests. After trying for one night, I had to rebook at another hotel for the remaining duration of my stay.

I liked how big the room was

The staff was rude and abrasive and made us feel not welcome. Our room was loud and the beds were hard as a rock. The rooms were dirty, sheets had stains and besides the bed being made, it looked like they weren’t cleaned. The shower was so dirty and the tiles were cracked. The windows were off the track and when asked for help the gentleman was extremely abrasive and made us feel like we were asking for a lot. The ice machine was broken, the breakfast had expired food and best yet, they didn’t have blankets for the bed. Also the pool was not maintained. Will not be going back.

I will not come again to stay at this hotel.

I had a negative experience during my stay at this hotel. One of the staff members, an individual of Indian descent, was extremely rude and argumentative towards me without cause. Despite being a paying customer, it felt as though my presence was undervalued. Additionally, his appearance struck me as unconventional. This type of behaviour is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and reflects poorly on the property's professionalism and customer service standards. I was there on March 30th and stayed in room number 207, with a check-in time of 11:00 pm on that day. When I entered the hotel, his expression was very rude.

Night staff (Indian guy) is extremely rude and his behaviour was so disgusting.

The bathroom window was sketchy, our toilet was stained with a low amount of water in it so it was hard to flush, our toilet rack was broken; toilet paper was left on the floor when we walked in and the towels were so thin that when we got out the shower, our floor was soaked

the location worked good for our needs as it was centrally located

black mold on curtains, walls. no toilet paper holder, no hot water for first two and half days was told we could use the pool to wash ourselves, floor was sticky and stained and turned feet black, ac didn’t work when plugged in and was so full of dust bunnies it was coming out the sides of the ac where filter cover didn’t fit back on. there was a dead squirrel at the pool, the day we left they shut the water off an hour before they said they would for maintenance. I was in the shower and lost water. everything about this was awful. they couldn’t even find our reservation when we arrived and was told I would have to pay again. I should have taken that as a sign not to stay but we didn’t have any extra fund to book a whole new hotel. I’m so sad about this experience. my baby couldn’t even play on the floor because within five minutes her feet where completely black. everything I tried to communicate the staff gave me the excuse that they just took over the property and never offered to fix anything.
